Check-In Procedure
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.
Age Requirement
- At least one member of your group must be 18+ years old and named on the reservation booking.
Pet Policy
- Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
Personal Grills
- Personal grills are permitted, but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Quiet Time
- Please observe quiet time after 10 PM so all of our adventurers can rest up after long days, and be ready to start again in the morning!
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- There are no cancellations or refunds within 7 days of your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to the start of your stay will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee to cover booking and credit card fees.
- There is no fee for rebooking for different dates or for exchanging for a credit towards future booking.
Refund Policy
- There are no refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures.
- It rains in West Virginia - most often in the mornings and late afternoons, but not for too long.
- Fortunately, that regular rain keeps us a beautifully green state with flowing rivers and lakes.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
