Rules
- Maximum speed is 10 km/h; obey all posted traffic and gate rules.
- Quiet hours begin at 11 PM Sunday–Thursday and 12 AM Friday–Saturday. No loud machinery after 8 PM.
- One trailer and one vehicle per site unless management approves otherwise.
- Fires are permitted only in approved fire pits at least 10 feet from structures and must never be left unattended. Fireworks require park approval.
- Maximum three pets per site. Pets must be leashed in common areas, cleaned up after, and must not be aggressive.
- Children under 12 must be supervised at the pool. No glass or smoking in the pool area; the pool closes at 8 PM.
- Household garbage and recycling must be placed in designated areas.
- ATVs and other motorized equipment may be used only in designated areas and must follow posted rules.
- Customers are responsible for their visitors and guests.
- Use of the premises, marina, docks, boats, trails, and facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
