Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 4:00 pm-10:00 pm. - Check-out time: 12:00 pm. - If arriving outside of check-in times, please reach out to us to make arrangements. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rates & Pricing Policy - Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. Smoking - Absolutely no smoking inside; designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets - Pets are allowed but require a fee per pet stay. Gift Certificate Policies - Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. - Gift certificates are transferable. - Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used on a later day up to the expiration date. - Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Deposit and Payments - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
