## Paradise RV Park – Desert Hot Springs, California
Paradise RV Park is a private, gated desert community located in Desert Hot Springs, just minutes from Palm Springs and surrounded by beautiful Coachella Valley mountain views. The community offers full-hookup RV sites along with resort-style amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, clubhouse, dog-friendly areas, and more.
### RV Requirements – Please Read Before Booking
To help maintain the appearance and standards of our community, Paradise RV Park accepts the following RV types:
* **Class A Motorhomes**
* **Class C Motorhomes**
* **Travel Trailers / Fifth Wheels**
* RVs must generally be **10 years old or newer**.
* RVs older than 10 years may only be accepted with **prior management approval**. Photos may be requested before the reservation is confirmed.
* Maximum RV length is approximately **50 feet**.
* **Please note: Reservations are for an RV SITE ONLY. We do not provide an RV or rental unit with your reservation.**
If you are unsure whether your RV qualifies, please contact Paradise RV Park before booking.
### Full-Hookup RV Sites
Paradise offers **40 back-in RV sites** with water, sewer, and electrical hookups. Electrical service includes **20, 30, and 50-amp options**, depending on the site. Sites can accommodate rigs up to approximately 50 feet.
The gated entrance provides controlled access to the community, and pets are welcome subject to community rules and regulations.
### Check-In & Check-Out
**Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.**
**Check-out is by 11:00 AM** on the departure date shown on your reservation confirmation.
**Before entering the community, all arriving guests must first check in at the main office.**

Look for the **Paradise Tiny Home Community / Paradise RV Park signs**. The office is the **blue door next to the pool and clubhouse**.
Please be aware that GPS directions may occasionally route guests toward another entrance, so look for the Paradise signs when arriving.
### After-Hours Arrival
If you will be arriving after regular office hours, **please contact us before arrival or text us for your assigned RV site number and check-in instructions.**
Do not select or occupy an unassigned site.
Your reservation information and community rules should be reviewed before arrival. **Gate and pedestrian access codes are for registered Paradise guests only and must not be shared with others.**
The speed limit throughout the community is **10 MPH**.
### Amenities
Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and spa, fitness center, clubhouse, pickleball courts, and pet-friendly community areas. The peaceful desert and mountain setting provides a relaxing home base for both short visits and extended stays.
### Explore Desert Hot Springs & Palm Springs
Desert Hot Springs is known for its natural mineral hot springs, spas, and quieter desert atmosphere. Palm Springs is only a short drive away, offering restaurants, shopping, entertainment, golf, and other attractions.
Joshua Tree National Park is also within driving distance, making Paradise RV Park a convenient base for exploring the greater Coachella Valley and surrounding Southern California desert.
Winter is one of the most popular seasons in the Coachella Valley, particularly from **January through March**, when seasonal visitors arrive to enjoy the warm desert weather. Availability can also become limited during major events and festival weekends in the spring, so advance reservations are recommended.
