# Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park ## Registration, Arrival Information & Community Rules Welcome to Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park! Please review the following information **before your arrival**. These guidelines are designed to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests. ### Check-In & Check-Out **Check-In:** 3:00 PM *Early check-in may be available depending on site availability.* **Check-Out:** 11:00 AM All reservations must be booked online through our approved reservation system. Reservation and arrival information will be provided after your booking is confirmed. --- ## Arrival & Check-In Instructions ### STEP 1 — CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE FIRST **Before entering the gated community, all guests are required to check in at the main office.** **Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park** 17989 Corkill Rd Desert Hot Springs, CA The office is located **outside the gated community, next to the clubhouse and pool**. **Look for:** * The **BLUE office door** * Signs for **Paradise Tiny Home Community** Please do not enter the community or occupy an RV site before completing check-in. ### STEP 2 — ENTER THE COMMUNITY After completing check-in, proceed to the community vehicle entrance located on **18th Avenue**. **Gate Code: 2586** Once inside, follow the directions provided by management to your **assigned RV space**. **Do not occupy a different or unassigned space without management approval.** While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific sites, **all site assignments are subject to availability and final placement is determined by on-site management.** --- ## After-Hours Arrivals If you expect to arrive **after regular office hours**(Outside Check in Time 3PM-5PM , please contact the office before arrival for your assigned space number and after-hours instructions. If the office is closed when you arrive, **TEXT the office (760-990-7024) for your assigned space number before entering or setting up your RV.** Do not select an open site on your own. All guests must occupy the space assigned to their reservation. --- ## Community Access Codes **Vehicle Gate:** 2586 **Pool / Clubhouse:** 5610 (9AM-9PM) Paradise is a **private gated community**. Access codes are intended for registered residents and guests only. **Please do not share gate, pool, clubhouse, or pedestrian access codes with anyone who is not a registered guest.** --- # Community Guidelines ### Quiet Hours **10:00 PM – 7:00 AM** Please keep music, televisions, conversations, generators, and other noise at a respectful level during quiet hours. ### Speed Limit The speed limit throughout the entire community is: **10 MPH MAXIMUM** For the safety of residents, guests, pets, and pedestrians, the speed limit is strictly enforced. **1st Offense:** Verbal warning **2nd Offense:** Written warning **3rd Offense:** Removal from the property ### Trash & Cleanliness Please help us keep Paradise clean and enjoyable for everyone. * Dispose of household trash in designated community bins. * Do not leave trash outside your RV or around your site. * **No large, oversized, or bulk-item dumping is permitted.** * Additional fees may be assessed for improper disposal or cleanup. --- # Pet Rules & Policy Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park is pet-friendly. Pet owners are responsible for their animals at all times. * **One domestic pet is included with your reservation.** * Maximum of **2 pets per site**. * Additional pet fees apply for more than one pet. * Pets must be **on a leash at all times** when outside your RV. * Pets may not be left unattended outside. * Do not tie pets to trees, landscaping, utility equipment, or community structures. * Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of **immediately**. * Pets are not permitted on designated landscaped or green areas. * A **small dog park** is available onsite. A **$50 fine** may be assessed for violations including: * Pets being off leash * Failure to clean up after a pet * Pets entering prohibited landscaped or green areas Owners are responsible for the behavior and actions of their pets. --- # Vehicle & RV Requirements To maintain the safety and standards of the community: * **Proof of current registration and/or title may be required at check-in.** * Travel trailers must be **self-contained and equipped with their own restroom facilities**. * Only approved RVs and vehicles may occupy an assigned site. * RVs must comply with Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park's current age, condition, size, and eligibility requirements. * Management reserves the right to request photographs or additional information regarding an RV before or upon arrival. --- ## Private Community Notice Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park is a **privately operated, gated community**. Guests are expected to respect residents, other visitors, community property, amenities, and staff. Failure to comply with community rules, unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, unauthorized access, or repeated violations may result in warnings, additional fees, loss of amenity privileges, or removal from the property as permitted by applicable policies and law. ## Policy Disclaimer These policies are established and enforced by **Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park** and are subject to change. Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
