Eagle Valley Resort
27 RV Sites
Eagle Valley Resort in Pioche, Nevada, offers 27 RV sites with 20, 30, and 50-amp service and rigs accepted to 50 feet, in the high desert basin-and-range country of Lincoln County. Full-hookup and water-and-electric back-ins and pull-throughs sit alongside a general store, game room, and laundry in one of the Great Basin's least-visited corners.
Twenty-seven sites run in full-hookup back-ins, water-and-electric back-ins, and water-and-electric pull-throughs, carrying water, sewer, and electric where noted on 20, 30, and 50-amp, sized to 50 feet. A general store, propane fills, laundry, restrooms, showers, firewood, and WiFi handle the practical side. Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day carry a three-night minimum. Pets are welcome.
A game room and arcade cover indoor hours, with fishing and hiking from the surrounding country and a national park within reach. The isolation is the appeal here — this is genuine Great Basin remoteness, which suits travelers specifically seeking it rather than those passing through.
Pioche's history is worth the stop. In the 1870s it was Nevada's wildest and most violent silver camp — a community so lawless that 72 men reportedly died with their boots on before anyone died of natural causes. That story is now told more quietly through the Lincoln County courthouse and the restored Pioche Exchange building, and the surrounding landscape preserves the geological and frontier history in largely undiscovered form.
Spring and fall deliver the most comfortable high desert conditions. Reserve ahead for the three-night minimum holiday weekends.
