That story is now told more quietly through the Lincoln County courthouse and the restored Pioche Exchange building, and the surrounding landscape preserves the geological and frontier history in largely undiscovered form. - Check-Out: 11 am on the date of your departure, you may be charged for an additional day. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Child Policy - Do not leave children unattended Fire Policy - BBQs and Fires are your responsibility. - Please do not leave fires unattended. - Do not allow the flames to be higher than 3'. Put fires out COMPLETELY when you are finished using them each time. Vehicle Policy - You may bring your side by sides or four-wheelers and drive them in the park or out to dirt roads Speed Limit - The speed limit in the park is 5 miles per hour. - If you are speeding or causing any destruction, you will be asked to slow down and follow the rules. - If asked a second or third time you may lose the privilege to drive in the park. - After that, you be asked to leave the premises. - There are many dirt roads and HOV roads that are all around the park, however, we require that you comply with Nevada laws regarding registration, safety, and road rules. Cabin Policy - All rooms are non-smoking. - There is a $150.00 fee if you smoke in the room, this includes marijuana. - You may smoke outside, on the porch, or in the bar. - If any items are taken, damaged, or destroyed, you will be charged for the. - A minimum fee of $150.00 will be charged to the card that we have on file. - If you notice something broken or missing, please inform one of the staff members immediately. - Dishes are your responsibility. - Please make sure all dishes are washed and put away. If not, you will be charged a fee of $30.00.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
