Sites come in three categories — pull-thru 30-amp, pull-thru 30/50-amp, and big rig pull-thru — all carrying water, sewer, electric, and cable TV with site-delivered WiFi. Every site is a pull-thru, the park is rated big rig friendly, and at 90 feet it takes the longest coaches. Rates include 2 adults, 4 children, 1 pet, and 1 extra vehicle; additional guests and pets are $5 per day and extra vehicles $10 per day. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, propane fills, and a dog park cover the rest. Pets are welcome. An outdoor pool and a long stretch of private North Llano River frontage fill the grounds, with swimming straight from the property. Junction sits in Kimble County where Interstate 10 crosses the wild limestone country of the Edwards Plateau, at the confluence of the North and South Llano Rivers. Site Rates - RV rates include 2 adults, 4 children, 1 pet, and 1 extra vehicle. Extra guests and pets are $5 per day. Extra Vehicles are $10/day. Rates posted below are subject to change and may increase during holidays. Our RV Park also offers monthly RV sites at $400/month plus electricity. I-10 and Hwy 83 It- Located right off of I-10 on Hwy 83. We are the most conveniently located RV Park in Junction, Texas. Nearby Restaurants - Our RV Park is located within walking distance to fast food restaurants and amazing, local BBQ and Burger joints. Gas - We are located very close to a Pilot Gas Station, so you can easily get gas on your way through.

Rules

Terms & Conditions: - Check-in is 1 pm. We ask that guests check in upon arrival or call if arriving after hours. - Reservations include 2 adults. - There's a charge of $5/night for each additional adult (above 2). - There is no additional charge for children or pets. - Reservations include 1 extra vehicle. - There's a charge of $10/night for each additional extra vehicle (above 1) - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - All visitors must check in at the office. - Check-out is at 11 am. We ask that guests please inform the office upon departure. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy: - Pets must be licensed and vaccinated. Copies of all vaccinations, including current rabies vaccination, should be provided to the office. - Pets must be leashed on a fixed-length of 6’ or 8’ leash while walking in the park. (Dog exercise area exception if under your control.) - Pet owners must clean up after their pets and properly dispose of pet waste in a bag in the dumpster. - With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in Dixieland Community Room or Office at any time. - Pets will not be allowed to cause any disturbance which might annoy neighbors including, but not limited to, barking, growling, biting, or any other unusual noises or damage. - Under no circumstances is a pet to invade the privacy of anyone’s campsite. - Pets should not be left outside unattended at any time. - Excessive barking of the unattended pets within the RV will result in you being asked to leave before your scheduled departure. - Pet owners are responsible at all times for their pets, including injury, destruction, and annoyances to other campers. - Dixieland RV Park and Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind whatsoever caused by or to a camper’s pet.

Cancellation Policy

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
