Registration and Arrival Check In Procedure - Check In: 1:00 PM - Check Out: 12:00PM - All Guests are required to check in at the Park Office to pick up their rental packet. - If you are to arrive after hours, your welcome package will be placed outside the office door with your name boldly written on it. - Inside your welcome package will be a site map with directions to your site, door codes, and other helpful information. - Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will result in a charge equal to one day's rent at the published rate for that time period. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campground Rental Policies - We reserve the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment and/or holdover. - Reservations at Majestic Pines RV Resort are restricted to RVs ten (10) years or newer, including Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, and Travel Trailers. - Pop-Up campers are not allowed. - RVs that do not meet the 10 year age restriction, or vehicle type will have their reservations cancelled and will not receive a refund. - Rental rates are based on two (2) person occupancy per RV site with an additional charge of $8 per guest and/or children (maximum of two people per site, per night) and only two (2) pets within breed and weight restrictions. - Payment is due at the time of booking your reservation. - If a balance exists, it will be due immediately upon arrival. - Majestic Pines RV Resort will only accept major credit cards, cashier’s checks, or money orders. - No Cash will be accepted.
