Welcome to Jetstream RV Resort at Wharton! Formerly known as RV Village Wharton, the Jetstream Communities team is adding 52 additional concrete sites and constructing a new 2,800 sf clubhouse to create the newest and finest resort in Wharton. This resort has been designed for long-term or short-term guests on the Texas Coastal Plains. Enjoy true resort amenities while living and relaxing in a safe, clean, happy environment, knowing our professional on-site staff is here to make your stay the best possible. With extra-large concrete sites, all with full hookups, some with privacy fences others with full site shade covers, Jetstream Resort at Wharton is best in class.

Upon completion, this fresh, new development will consist of 154 RV spaces in an access-controlled RV resort with full water and sewer connections, stable high-speed internet, and electricity hookups. Large drive lanes allow for easy maneuvering. Select spaces will feature full pad coverage for your valuable assets.

The clubhouse will be 2,800 SF and will feature 4 individual restrooms with showers, a fitness center, an arcade room, a business center, a resident lounge, and community kitchen, and a laundry room. Outdoor amenities include a pool with tanning shelves, a “beer garden” with picnic tables, a fire pit, yard games and grills, a dog wash, a playground, and rental storage units. Other amenities will include golf cart rentals and reserved parking spaces – both regular and oversized.

The resort has more than 100 spaces complete and is looking forward to opening the clubhouse, laundry, and shower in August 2022! Come see our progress!
