Check Out – 11: 00 AM (EST). Smoking Smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaping are prohibited in resort buildings, structures, pools, and swimming areas. Damage to Campsite Guests may not cut natural vegetation, alter the landscape, or otherwise damage the natural beauty of the resort. Any guest who willfully or negligently defaces, tampers with, or destroys resort property, resort equipment, or another guest’s property will be held liable for its full value. Alcohol TRA Resorts are family-oriented resorts, so we ask everyone to drink responsibly and respect those who choose not to consume alcohol. Please keep all canned or bottled alcoholic beverages in an insulated cup holder or cup at all times, whether at your site or elsewhere on the resort. Open display of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the pool or certain resort events. Metal Detectors Metal detectors are prohibited. Firearms and Fireworks Illegal firearms, weapons, fireworks, and explosives are not permitted. Legal firearms must be secured inside an RV or vehicle and may not be carried on the resort, except during authorized resort activities. Hunting is not permitted. Campfires Campfires must be contained within designated fire rings in the campsite area. Resort staff may prohibit campfires during hazardous fire conditions. Campfires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before retiring for the evening. Firewood Outside firewood is not permitted on the campground. This policy helps prevent the spread of invasive pests. A $100 fine will be assessed for violations. Firewood may not be brought onto resort property. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM unless otherwise posted at the resort. Guests may remain outside and enjoy the evening but must respect their fellow guests. Excessive noise and objectionable language will not be tolerated. Speed Limit The resort speed limit is 5 mph. All vehicles must obey posted speed limits. Vehicles Motorcycles, trail bikes, three- or four-wheel vehicles, ATVs, go-carts, Gators, UTVs, and dune buggies are not permitted unless approved by the individual resort. Motorcycles and street-legal scooters may be used between the resort entrance, trail access, and the guest’s campsite or cabin. They may not be used as general transportation around the property. Small battery-powered scooters may be operated by guests who are at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license or photo identification showing proof of age. Guests must observe posted speed limits or their operating privileges may be revoked. Children under 16 who do not possess a valid operator’s permit may not operate any permitted motorized vehicle or transportation device. Learner’s permits are not accepted. Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, and other self-propelled devices are permitted except on sidewalks, walkways, and recreation areas. Bicycles and other self-propelled devices operated after dark must display lights and always be operated responsibly. Children All children and teenagers 17 years of age or younger must be at their campsite by 11:00 PM unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone who does not visibly appear to be at least 21 years old must provide a valid driver’s license or photo identification showing proof of age upon request. Guests are responsible for their children. Minors under 18 may not be left at the resort without a parent or legal guardian. Campsite Etiquette Clotheslines and other lines attached between trees or between campers and trees are not permitted. Portable clothes racks are permitted. Picnic tables and fire rings may not be moved from their designated sites. Guests may not rope off or save a site. Gray and Black Water Gray and black water must be deposited at a provided dump station when staying on a non-sewer site. Gray or black water may never be dumped on the ground. Sewer Connections All sewer connections must have an approved sewer collar. Water Conservation Please conserve water for your fellow guests. Check with the general store before washing vehicles. Signs and Notices Guests must observe all signs and follow all posted rules. Signs and notices may only be posted on approved bulletin boards or in locations designated by TRA. Signs are not permitted on campsites except for names and decorative signs. TRA reserves the right to remove any sign. Peddling, Soliciting, or Commercial Enterprises Peddling, soliciting, and commercial enterprises are prohibited on resort property. Commercial signs may not be displayed anywhere on the resort. This restriction includes the sale of flea-market items, crafts, merchandise, or other items that create clutter or an unsightly appearance at a campsite. Emergency, Liability, and Safety During an emergency, TRA is authorized to move a guest’s property without prior notice or liability. TRA Resorts are privately operated properties. Resort streets, lanes, and parking areas are private. TRA may restrict the delivery of certain products or services when necessary for safety, traffic control, or the well-being of other guests. TRA may close any street, lane, or parking area for special events, maintenance, repairs, safety, or other operational needs. Guests are responsible for informing their family, invitees, visitors, and other individuals in their party of these guidelines. Personal safety is everyone’s responsibility. Anyone who witnesses or becomes aware of an unsafe act or condition must notify TRA management as soon as possible. Guests and visitors use the resort at their own risk. The resort is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests’ or visitors’ property. Guests may not leave an RV unattended on a site overnight. Individuals convicted of sexual offenses or currently listed on a sex-offender registry are prohibited from using TRA Resorts. Drones Drones are not permitted without advance management approval. All approved drone operations must comply with FAA recreational-drone guidelines. Political Advertising Political advertising is not permitted on resort property. Pets Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet and remain under the guest’s control at all times. Pets may not be left unattended. Pets are prohibited inside resort buildings and swimming areas. Service animals are welcome. Noisy, vicious, or aggressive pets are not permitted. Guests must clean up and properly dispose of their pets’ waste. Manufactured portable pet fences are permitted but may not exceed 200 square feet. Pets are defined as dogs and cats, not livestock or large exotic animals. Guests should contact the resort regarding animals not included in this definition. Failure to comply with pet rules may result in a fine and/or the guest being required to remove the pet from the resort. Golf Carts Guests must insure their golf carts with liability policies issued by insurance companies licensed to conduct business in the applicable state. A golf-cart pass will be issued after proof of insurance is provided and the applicable golf-cart fee is paid. Guests accept responsibility for anyone who operates their golf cart, including family, invitees, and visitors. If a guest or anyone in their party operates a golf cart without current proof of insurance or a valid golf-cart pass, the resort may terminate the golf-cart pass without notice. Golf carts operated after dark must display two working lights and always be driven responsibly. Golf carts may only be operated safely on resort roads and may not exceed the posted speed limit. Golf carts must yield the right-of-way to pedestrians, bicyclists, automobiles, trucks, and motorized resort equipment. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the resort harmless against all actions, claims, demands, personal injuries, and property damage arising from the use or non-use of their golf carts. Guests acknowledge that they have read these rules and agree to follow them. Guests are also responsible for ensuring that their family, visitors, and invitees follow all current resort rules and regulations. Golf carts may only be operated by individuals who are at least 16 years old and possess a valid operator’s license. Golf carts may not be operated between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, except by resort staff conducting resort business. Resort management may prohibit the use of any golf cart when rules are violated or when the golf cart is considered unsafe, excessively noisy, or unsightly. Operation of a golf cart by anyone under the influence of alcohol will result in the loss of golf-cart privileges and may constitute a breach of the guest agreement. Reservations Reservations may be made in advance according to the policies applicable to the guest’s reservation type. Reservations are required for posted blackout weekends. A maximum of 10 people is permitted per site. Guests must park only in areas designated for recreational vehicles. Resort usage and length of stay are determined by the guest’s reservation agreement. Only one site is permitted per reservation. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and check-in is at 1:00 PM. Reservations must be canceled at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date. Visitors Guests may share their resort stay with visitors of their choice under the following conditions: Please contact the front desk for current rates when making visitor reservations. Visitors may be restricted from using the resort during posted blackout weekends. Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult guest. Rentals Reservations are required and are subject to the policies of the applicable reservation type. Check-in for rental units is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
