Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Booking - Reservations are taken year-round, up to 1 year in advance. - Site numbers are not guaranteed (check with your resort if they offer the ability to guarantee a site with a non-refundable Site Lock fee). Rebooking - We recommend booking at check-in and paying the deposit during quieter office hours to secure your spot. - Please avoid rebooking at checkout. Deposit Structure - A deposit is required at time of booking via credit card. - 1-3 night = 100% of total rate. - 4-7 nights = 50% of total rate - 8+ nights = 25% of total rate. - If your booking is made within the cancellation period, your deposit is non-refundable. Cabin Rental Damage Deposit Policy - $200 pre-authorized held on a credit card at the time of arrival. - No cash deposits. - Housekeeping to confirm upon checkout. Minimum Stays - No minimum stay requirements for overnight voyageur bookings. - Cabin Rentals require a 2-night minimum stay year-round. Site Fee Payment - Remaining site fees must be paid in full upon arrival. - Extensions may be paid as you go. - All rates are based on two-person occupancy, a maximum of 6 adults per site (18+), and 8 total guests (including children). - Additional adults are $5 each per night. - Visa, Master Card, Debit or Cash are all accepted payment methods. - All rates are in Canadian dollars. Early Arrivals - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. After Hours - Guests arriving outside office hours may self-register. - Personalized resort envelopes with maps listed under the booking name are available in the cabinet outside the office. - Please sign the registration form and drop it in the dropbox upon arrival. To Extend a Stay - Extensions are available by reservation only and subject to availability. - Please give us as much notice as possible to ensure availability. Voyageur Pet Policy - Up to two well-behaved animals per site or cabin are welcome in the resort. - All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit, and all pet waste (including in your site) must be picked up immediately. - Pets are not to be left outside at night or unattended at your site or in your cabin. - Excessive noise, allowing pets to roam off leash or not picking up after your pets could result in you being asked to leave the Resort without notice. - Pets are not allowed in any buildings, in the playground area, on the beach or other camper’s sites. - It is the guest's responsibility to care properly for any pet and to clean and restore any areas where mess or damage has occurred. - The Resort Manager reserves the right to refuse entry to large or aggressive dogs. - Service dogs are welcome in all sites and rental units, provided. - The dog always wears a service vest. - Service documentation is provided at check-in. - Service dogs are not allowed in the water. Beach & Water Restrictions - Pets are prohibited on the beach or in the water at any time of year. Upper Resort - Pets are allowed year-round in the upper resort. Lower Resort - Pets are prohibited in the lower resort during the following dates. - June 22 to September 2, 2025 (2026 dates to be determined). Facilities - Please read carefully - These conditions will affect your legal rights. - “Activities” shall mean, without limitation, all activities in any way associated with or related to water sports, recreational vehicle camping, hiking, fishing and any recreational activities offered by Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. or any of its volunteer or community associations (collectively referred to as “Parkbridge”), including training and instruction, as well as but not limited to us of play structures, picnic areas, fields, sports fields, beaches, lakes, man-made lakes, swimming pools, parks, trails, walking paths, roads, grounds and parking lots. - “Property” shall mean, without limitation, any premises, lands, buildings, facilities, play structures, fields, sports fields, beaches, lakes, man-made lakes, swimming pools, parks, trails, walking paths, roads, grounds and parking lots, and equipment owned or leased by Parkbridge. Notice of Photography & Recording - The Resort User(s) acknowledges that Parkbridge occasionally has a photographer and/or videographer on site to take photos and video for advertising, promotion, social media and other related uses, and that by entering the premises or any on site event, the Resort User(s) will be entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. - The Resort User(s) hereby: - Grants to Parkbridge, and/or any parties designated by Parkbridge, the irrevocable right and permission to use the Resort User(s)’s likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (collectively, “Media”) in any and all promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, display, audiovisual, exhibition or editorial use; - Consents to the use of the Resort User(s)’s name and/or title in connection with such Media; - Acknowledges and agrees that all such Media will become the sole property of Parkbridge and will not be returned; - Authorizes Parkbridge to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute such Media for any lawful purpose; - Waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein the Resort User(s)’s likeness appears; - Waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of such Media; and - Releases, acquits and forever discharges Parkbridge and its affiliates, and their respective current and former agents, directors, officers and employees, from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of such Media.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - 7 days' notice for an overnight voyageur reservation. - 14 days' notice for all cottage rental reservations. - 14 days' notice for overnight voyageur reservations longer than 30 days. - If more than required notice is provided, a $20 admin fee plus tax will be charged and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. - If less than the required notice is provided, the full original deposit will be forfeited. No Shows & Late Arrivals - Reserved sites are held until 11 am the day after your scheduled arrival date. - If you do not notify the property of a late arrival, you will be considered a no-show, and your reservation will be cancelled. - All deposits will be forfeited, and the property will have the right to give your site away to another visitor. Reservation Changes - For overnight voyageur RV sites, you may change your dates up to 7 days before your booked arrival. - Dropping nights within 7 days of your arrival, you will still be responsible for the original nights booked. - For cabin or yurt rentals, you may change your dates up to 14 days before your booked arrival. - Dropping nights within 14 days of your arrival, you will still be responsible for the original nights booked. Leaving Early - In the case of early departure, guests are still responsible for the full amount of their reservation. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
