Rules

We always recommend our guests verify these details when making confirming a reservation. Your Card be charged at the time of booking, but it might take up to 24hrs for that to happen based on the time you book the reservation. It is a 3-night minimum to book an FHU reservation on the weekends, 4 nights on a holiday. If you book less than the required minimums, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. You can, however, book 2-night water and electric-only site on the weekends. /Reservation Validity Reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. Cross Creek Camping Resort, located at 3190 South Old State Rd. Delaware, OH 43015, retains official records of reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and site rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the Site rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and have consequences. Early Departure We do not have an early departure fee. However, you have to meet the minimum stay requirements in order to receive a refund. An FHU site reservation requires a 3-night minimum stay, 4 nights on a holiday. A W&E site reservation requires a 2-night minimum stay, 3 nights on a holiday. Please contact our Reservations if you have any questions. Group Reservations A maximum of 2 Sites may be booked online. Reservations for 3 or more sites require prior approval from the property, so please contact our Reservations for assistance. 740-549-2267 (CAMP) Special Requests We do not reserve specific site numbers, but we do guarantee the site type. While we strive to honor your requests, we cannot guarantee that your request be met. In the case of a group reservation, we do our best to keep you together. However, in some situations, we may not be able to keep your side by side. Please note these preferences when booking. Pets If you plan to travel with your pet, you must state this at the time of booking. Cross Creek Resort accepts no responsibility for your pet. Specific pet policies may require a damage/cleaning deposit at the time of check-in which may be non-refundable. Cancellation Information Reservations made online must be canceled by calling Cross Creek Camping Resort at 740-549-2267(CAMP) At the time of cancellation, a cancellation number be provided to you. A cancellation number is required as proof of cancellation but have no effect on any cancellation penalty fee that may be due pursuant to the applicable cancellation policy. Please note that reservations cannot be canceled via e-mail. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
