Sites come in two categories, back-in 30-amp and back-in 30/50-amp, each carrying water, sewer, and electric with a fire pit and picnic table. Check the 30-foot maximum against your rig before booking — this is a small-rig campground. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, a general store, a dump station, and a recreation center cover the essentials, with portable restrooms available on request. Pets are welcome. Extended dates may be possible after the park's closing date if the weather holds; call to ask.
A disc golf course, a fishing pier, boat rentals, a pond and lake, walking trails, sport courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a playground fill the grounds, with fishing guides available and hiking, biking, boating, paddling, and paddle boats on the water.

Regular Campsites:

- CHECK-OUT 1 pm! Late checkout is available with notice.
- Site numbers are not guaranteed when making a reservation. We reserve the right to change sites to the size of guests' campers.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
- Please arrive at your assigned site found on your reservation confirmation email.

- We accept cash, checks, or major credit cards!

General Rules:
- We are on well water and limited use is recommended.
- The speed limit for all vehicles is 5 mph. Please watch out for our children.
- Please place all trash in your receptacles. There will be no burning of trash allowed. Abuse of this rule will result in loss of fie ring privilege.
Pets:
- Pets must be always under owners' 100% control.
- They are not to be left unattended and barking at your site.
- All fecal matter must be cleaned up.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors if your dog is a barker!
- All dogs must have a current vaccination record and license on file in our office.
- All alcoholic beverages are to be kept at your site.
- Disturbing the peace will not be tolerated. Quiet hours Will be from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Children 18 and under must be at their campsite during this time.
Sites:
- All guests must register at the office before setting up the camper.
- There are only two vehicles allowed per campsite.
- Shrubs and trees are for your enjoyment. Do not cut or maim living plants and trees.
- Fires only in fire pits. Please do not move fire rings.
- No bicycle riding after dusk.
- No firearms, or fireworks, are allowed.
- Small tents may be put up on your site for your children’s use. If tents are to be used for overnight guests, the appropriate fees will be paid before erecting the tent.
- All visitors will be required to check in and pay a $ 2.00/day guest fee. If guests are to stay overnight, they will be charged $5.00 each.
- Visitors may not bring pets. Parking in visitor parking area only Visitors are the responsibility of the registered guest (follow the rules or be asked to leave).
- Day visitors must vacate the camp no later than 10:00 pm
Children Supervision - Whether they are toddlers or teenagers, children can be a source of satisfaction and joy to any parent or campground. Occasionally, however, they can cause problems, either intentionally or accidentally. With this in mind, the following guidelines have been established:
- Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children and their visitors at all times and agree to pay for repairs or replacement of any property damage resulting from their actions.
- Parents must always know the whereabouts of their children.
- A responsible adult must always accompany children under the age of 6.
- All children must be at their campsite by 9 p.m. Any violation of this rule will not be tolerated.
- Children under 15 years of age are not left unattended at the campgrounds.
- Childers should never be left alone at the campgrounds for any reason.
- Parents must be constantly responsible for the safety and whereabouts of their children.
- An adult must always accompany children under 6 years of age.
- Children are not to climb trees anywhere on Country Charm property.
The Playground:
- Preschool and children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible person while using the playground.
- Glass bottles and containers are not permitted in the playground area.
- Anyone who misuses or causes damage to the playground equipment will no longer be allowed to use the playground, and their parents will be held liable.
- Country Charm will not be held liable for injuries sustained by its registered guests.
Vehicle Policies:
- To keep our roadways clear and in consideration of your neighbor, we ask that you only park two vehicles at your site. If there will be more than two vehicles, these additional vehicles must be parked in the barn's visitor parking area up front.
- Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the campground.
- Motorcycles and mopeds are not to be ridden about the campgrounds except when used for transportation to and from the campgrounds.
- No children can use any motorized vehicles in the campground
Garbage:
- Country Charm strongly recommends to all campers recycle. This follows the town ordinance of Potter and Yates County.
- Each camper is responsible for all garbage created at their site. There is ZERO tolerance for burning any trash.
- We have a dumpster across from site #11 for your convenience.
- Only household garbage you generate here at the campground can be placed into the dumpster.
- No outside garbage is to be brought in and placed in the dumpster.
The Pond:
- A lifeguard or other responsible person does not supervise the pond. In place of on-site supervision, Country Charm has established a series of safeguards to be followed by everyone.
- Never be at the pond alone.
- No swimming is allowed at any time.
- We recommended using lifejackets when spending time around the pond.
- Small row boats or paddle boats are allowed. All persons using boats must always wear a lifejacket.
- Children under the age of 13 must always be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
- Fishing is allowed. All campers must follow New York State fishing rules and guidelines. We recommend catch and release but, if you catch a fish that you cannot part with, we have established a limit of two fish per day per campsite.
- The pond is closed to everyone from dusk to dawn.
- No riding of bikes around the pond.
- No throwing of anything into the pond.
- Dogs must be under campers' 100% control while at the pond.

- 100% refund until 7 days before check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable.
- All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
