Ninety-9 RV Park

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in for RV sites: 1:00 PM. - Check-in for cabins: 3:00 PM. - Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp, every day, including weekends and holidays. - Late check-outs may incur a fee at the discretion of Park Management. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - Please be considerate of your neighbors. RV - RVs must be on blocks at all times, and the cleanliness of vehicles is required. - No metal on the pavement is permitted - Park within your site line; no overhanging of the slide-out on the grass - All RVs must be fully self-contained - Non-compliance will result in management action and applicable charges Site - Sites are marked from power pole to power pole - Respect your neighbors' space and keep all belongings and vehicles within your designated area - Only appropriate outdoor RV furniture is allowed - Alterations or additions such as gazebos, porches, decks, tarps, lockers, etc., are not permitted - Toys & bikes must be stored neatly out of sight - Plants limited to 3 potted or planter boxes - No utility trailer, boat, or dirt bike storage on sites - No tarps, extra refrigerators, freezers, coolers, boxes, clotheslines, garbage cans, or debris outside - Non-compliance may result in a $250 fine; repeat offenders may be asked to leave Sewer - Sewer lines must be off the ground and on a sewer track for proper flow. - No leaking. Vehicles - One street-legal vehicle in addition to your RV per site. - Additional vehicles may be allowed at management’s discretion with a fee. - Vehicles must be in good operating condition, have no leaks, and have current tags. - Oversized vehicles (e.g., work trucks) are not permitted. - Vehicles must be parked entirely within your site and on pavement. - RV repair or vehicle repair is not permitted in the park. - No utility trailer or boat parking/storage without written management approval. Smoking and Fireworks Policy - No smoking inside park facilities or around buildings. - Ashtrays are located outside for proper disposal. - Cigarette butts left around may incur a $10 fine per butt. - No fireworks allowed on park property. Visitors - Visitors must read and adhere to all park policies. - Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM. - Overnight visitors must be approved by the office and may incur a fee. Park Policies Rates - Site use rate: nightly. - No refunds on prepaid amounts regardless of departure. - Returned check fee: $50. Utilities - All connections must be tight and secure. Conduct - No interference or tampering with park property or management. - Orderly conduct required; intoxication, profane language, excessive noise, illegal activity, or disruptive appearance will not be tolerated. Bathrooms & Showers - For RV park occupants only. - Leave clean after use. - No bathing pets or using hair dye. - Facilities may close if vandalism/theft occurs. Laundry - For guests only. - Do not overload washers/dryers. - Do not wash large items. (sleeping bags, rugs, blankets, shoes) - No pet bedding. Pets - Pets are allowed in designated areas; waste must be picked up immediately. - Leash max length: 6 feet. - No unattended pets. - No pet pens, cages, runs, or kennels. - Aggressive/excessive barking dogs may be asked to leave. - Assistance animals with paperwork allowed. - Max 2 pets per site unless approved. Minors - Children must be supervised. - No playing outside assigned site areas. Garbage - Use dumpsters and recycling bins. - All garbage in closed plastic bags. - Boxes broken down flat. - No appliances or large household items. - Violations: $100 dumping fee. Liability - Use of park facilities at own risk. - Management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or natural acts. - Park occupants are responsible for visitors’ or family members’ violations. For Monthly Residents Park Policies and Rules Speed Limit - 5 MPH. Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Last Month's Notice - 30-day notice required for pro-rated departure. RV - Always on pads/blocks. - No metal on pavement. - Park within your site; no overhang. - Fully self-contained. Site - Respect neighbors’ space. - Keep belongings and site neat. - Only appropriate outdoor furniture allowed. - Alterations/additions not permitted. - Personal property is stored neatly after use. - Plants: max 3 potted/planter boxes. - Bird/animal feeders prohibited. - No trailers, boats, dirt bikes, extra refrigerators/freezers, tarps, boxes, clotheslines, or debris outside. Sewer - Sewer lines must be off the ground and on a sewer track for proper flow. - No leaking. Vehicles - One street-legal vehicle per site. - Additional vehicles may incur a fee. - Must be in good condition, no leaks, current tags. - Oversized vehicles not permitted. - Park entirely within the site on the pavement. - RV/vehicle repair not permitted in park. - Towing enforced for violations. Smoking / Fireworks - No smoking inside facilities. - Ashtrays outside. - No fireworks. Visitors - Must adhere to all policies. - Any guest staying longer than 15 days in a 60-day period must be approved. - May incur additional fees. Utilities - Payment responsibility of the resident. - All connections must be tight. Conduct - No tampering/interfering with park or management. - Orderly conduct required. - Intoxication, profane language, excessive noise, and illegal activity are not tolerated. Bathrooms & Showers - For residents and approved guests only. - Leave clean. - No bathing pets or hair dye. - Users under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Laundry - For residents and approved guests only. - Do not overload. - No large items or pet bedding. - Users under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets - Allowed in designated areas. - Waste must be picked up. - Leash max 6 feet. - No unattended pets, cages, pens, or kennels. - Aggressive barking dogs are not allowed. - Max 2 pets per site unless approved. Garbage - Use dumpsters & recycling bins. - Closed plastic bags only. - Boxes flattened. - No appliances or large items. - Nothing left outside the dumpster. Liability - Use at your own risk. - Management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, vandalism, or natural events. - Residents are responsible for visitors/family members’ violations. Deposits - May be required for each reservation or special circumstances. - Refunds only if finances are in order, site is clean, and no damage occurred.
