Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time RV Sites: 1:00 pm.
- Check-out time: 11:00 am.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Pet Policy for Daily Residents
- Allowed, yes, pets are welcome.
- Pets allowed in designated areas; waste must be picked up immediately.
- Leash max length: 6 feet.
- No unattended pets.
- No pet pens, cages, runs, or kennels.
- Aggressive/excessive barking dogs may be asked to leave.
- Assistance animals with paperwork allowed.
- Max 2 pets per site unless approved.

- Pets must not be left unattended, left alone in the RV for extended periods, fenced, penned, chained, or tethered on park property.
- Pet pens, cages, runs, and kennels are not permitted.
Facilities Access
- Pets are not permitted in park facilities, except service dogs with documentation.
Noise Policy
- Barking dogs may lead to removal from the property.
Extended Stay Pet Fees
- $50 per pet; maximum two (2) pets per site.
RV & Vehicle Requirements
Daily Accommodations
- Accepts all RV years.
Extended Stays
- Accepts all RV years with approval; pictures required for RVs 20 years or older.
Condition
- RVs must be in good working order, fully functioning.
- No leaking RVs or tarps allowed.
Vehicle Limit
- One street-legal vehicle allowed per site; additional vehicles allowed for a fee.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Repairing or maintaining vehicles on-site is prohibited.
PArking Policy
- All vehicles must be parked within your site only, off blacktop and not over grass; overhang or blocking paths may result in towing at owner’s expense.
Site Cleanliness
- Sites must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Restrictions on Items
- Tents, extra refrigerators, freezers, boxes, coolers, clotheslines, garbage cans, or other debris are prohibited outside the RV space; toys must be stored neatly.
Furniture & Structures
- Only appropriate RV patio furniture is allowed; additions like porches, decks, gazebos, siding, tarps, etc., are not allowed.
- Handicapped ramps or stairs require management approval.
Plants
- Limited to a maximum of 6 potted plants or 3 planter boxes per site.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- A $15 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled reservations.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a refund minus the $15 cancellation fee, the $5 reservation fee, and any credit card processing fees paid.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- All monies paid will be forfeited, including the $5 reservation fee, credit card processing fees, and the $15 cancellation fee.
- Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless cancelled within 24 hours of booking, in which case a refund will be issued minus the $15 cancellation fee, the $5 reservation fee, and any credit card processing fees paid.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within two weeks of the cancellation date.
Holiday
- The following holidays and the weekends associated with them are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labour Day.
- This includes reservations spanning Thursday through Sunday of the holiday weekend, as well as the holiday itself.
No-Show
- No-show reservations are charged in full and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- No refunds for early departures.
- Daily reservations charge 100% of the reservation total at the time of booking.
- Monthly reservations, if moving in on the 1st of the month, the full month of which they are moving in or if moving in on the 2nd or any day after, a prorate of that month + the entire next month plus $100 move-in fee $50 pet fee per pet this is a one time, non refundable fee, not a monthly fee) $5 reservation fee A 2.9% CC processing fee on all items in the invoice.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
