Boat Launch & Moorage - Use of the boat launch and moorage is at the guest’s own risk. - Guests are responsible for securing their boats and equipment and must follow all state and local boating regulations. - The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Winter & Seasonal Conditions - Weather and seasonal conditions may affect access, amenities, or road conditions. - Guests are responsible for appropriate vehicles and equipment during the winter months. - No refunds are issued due to weather beyond the resort’s control.
