Need to know

All sites are paved and include water, sewer, 20/30/50-amp power, and WiFi. RV length limits vary by site from 52 to 71 feet. Water pressure is approximately 95 PSI; a pressure regulator is strongly recommended. Restrooms, showers, laundry, bike parking, garbage/recycling, and ADA-accessible pathways are available. WiFi access information is provided at check-in.

Rules

• Check-in is 1:00 PM or later; checkout is by 12:00 PM. Check in with the Harbormaster office, camp host, or security. • Maximum 8 people per site. One vehicle is permitted in addition to the RV. • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Generators and extended engine idling are not allowed during quiet hours. • Speed limit is 5 MPH. Pull-through sites must be entered cab-first; all other sites are back-in. • Pets must be leashed and controlled, may not be left unattended, and waste must be picked up. Animals are not allowed in facilities except service animals. • No wood or charcoal fires. Gas stoves are permitted only on an impervious surface. • RV washing is prohibited. Tent or car camping is not permitted, except one tent accompanying a reserved RV. • Summer stays (May 1–September 30) are limited to 14 nights in any 28-day period, followed by a 14-night gap. Winter stays (October 1–April 30) are limited to 28 consecutive nights, followed by at least one night away; a background check is required for a 28-day stay. • Restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are for registered guests only. • Allowed RVs: Class A, B, or C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and cab-over campers. Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
