Rules

General Rules & Policies: The resort is open year-round. The person making the reservation must be 21 or older. Families and children are welcome. RV-site check-in is after 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. The resort speed limit is 5 MPH. All guests, visitors, and vehicles must register at the office. RVs older than 10 years require approval before check-in. Maximum occupancy is six people per site. Up to three pets are permitted at RV sites; owners are responsible for cleanup, noise, vaccinations, and any damage or injury caused by their pets. No mats or carpets are allowed on the grass. Firearms may not be discharged and are not permitted in resort buildings or common areas. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in resort buildings and outdoor recreational amenities. Loud music, profanity, violence, illegal drugs, and disruptive conduct are prohibited. Horseshoe Ridge may refuse service or require guests to leave for violations, without refund. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
