Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In Time: 3 p.m. - Check-Out Time: 12 p.m. - Early check-in starts at noon. - Late check-out is at 3 pm. - RVs $15/Cabins $25: must be approved by owners and paid in cash. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Speed Limit - Speed Limit is 5mph, please observe it. Parking Restrictions - Please do not park on the grass in the median of the park. - Do not park inside areas that have split rail fence barriers. Electrical Safety - RVs required to have a surge protector prior to connecting to power. - This protects all parties from issues attributed to electrical. Guest & Day Visitors - Day Guest: Must have approval from owners, $5 per person 10 and older - cash only. - Please do not have your guests park on the grass in the median of the park. - Do not park inside areas that have split rail fence barriers. Quiet Hours & Music - Quiet Hours: 10:30 pm to 9:00 am. Don’t have to go to sleep, but turn things down. - Outside Music: Must be kept at a moderate volume so that your fellow campers can enjoy their stay. Pet Policy - When outside, all pets must be on a leash for the safety of all guests and the pets themselves. - Poop must be picked up immediately. - Pets are allowed in cabins for a fee of $10 per pet / per night. Smoking Policy - No cigarette butts left on the grounds or in fire rings/pits. period. - Lakehouse and all cabins are non-smoking. Waste & Cleaning Rules - No RV "Winterizing" or "cleaning out" tank dumping. - Cleaning Fish: Do not clean fish on picnic tables or in cabins. - Do not dump guts in the water along the shoreline. - Take a gut bucket out onto the lake or bag the guts in a gallon Ziplock baggie, put it in a trash bag, and put it in the park trash cans. Fire & Camping Policy - Campfires: Keep campfires in the designated fire rings. - No open fires. - If Llano County is in a burn ban, there will be no fires permitted. Tents - No tent camping allowed. - Exceptions are for a family’s children whose primary accommodations are the RV site or cabin being rented. Water Safety - Swim at your own risk. - No lifeguard! Kayaking - Life jackets are always required while on the water. - Children under 13 are not permitted to use kayaks. - Children ages 13–17 must be accompanied on the water by a parent or legal guardian. - All guests must collect personal items and trash after use. Playground Safety - No unaccompanied children. - Do not use after dark! Firearms & Weapons - No open carry allowed: no firearms, no airsoft guns, no BB guns, no paintball guns. Vehicle & ATV Rules - ATVs, off-road vehicles, or dune buggies must remain on the road. - 5mph is the speed limit in the park!
