Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 3 pm - 7 pm. - Check-out is 11 am. - Please arrive at the check-in time or later. - When you check in to the store with us, we need to provide you with the gate code and vehicle tags, as well as help you fill out the vehicle form. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed inside Get Your Frio On homes or bathhouses. - Each home has a specific place for cigarette butts. - Please use it and clean it out at the exit. Pet Policy - NO Pets allowed per our insurance company. - sorry for the inconvenience Vehicle Policy - Please check into the Store Front when you arrive. - We will have vehicle tags for your vehicles to show you are guests here at our place. River Policy - The Frio River is our most treasured asset. - Littering and glass containers are not allowed in or near the Frio River. - 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐚 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨-𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲. - Up 2 U mesh bags are supplied free of charge. Hunters - To 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐩 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐬 please dispose of feathers and remains off property! Fire Policy - No fires are allowed other than in fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, or BBQ pits. - Burn bans will be enforced. Property Damages - Anyone found willfully damaging our properties will be required to vacate the Property. - If necessary, local law enforcement will be notified. Respect your Neighbors - 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦. - Respect your neighbor’s privacy as you would your own. - If reported to us or the local law enforcement, GYFO reserves the right to review the situation, which could result in an eviction from the premises. Quiet Time - No refund will be issued for early departure “Quiet Time” Is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am in all GYFO rental properties. Personal Conduct - Offensive language or behavior, use of illegal drugs, and underage drinking will not be tolerated, and can be escorted off GYFO property by police Group Activities - Get Your Frio On promote family vacation stays. - We expect minors to be supervised by adults, noise levels kept within reason, and no public intoxication. ATV/Off-Road Vehicles - 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 and 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 are allowed on the GYFO Resort Roads only – 𝟒 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 of any kind are only allowed on GYFO Resort during Hunting Season. - 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐬 are not allowed at all on GYFO Resort Property. Firearms - No discharge of firearms of any kind is allowed including BB Guns and slingshots. Confetti - Confetti eggs and confetti, water balloons; silly string; NONE allowed in or around any GYFO home or cabin – MIN. - $100 clean-up fee. Pools - Any type or size of the portable swimming pool; slip and slide; is not allowed at any of the GYFO rental properties. Occupancy - All of our homes have a maximum number of occupants allowed. - This will be strictly enforced and those violating this restriction will be required to vacate. - 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 all limited and 𝐆𝐘𝐅𝐎 must be notified when day guests are coming. - Tent camping is allowed at the RV Site with this Camper. Home with Pools 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝟏𝟎.𝟏.𝟏𝟖 - All renters, visitors, and guests of 𝑮et 𝒀our 𝑭rio 𝑶n Division of 𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙂𝙊 𝙍𝙄𝘿𝙂𝙀, 𝙇𝙇𝘾 rental properties with a pool will assume all risks associated with the swimming pools located on these properties. - Renters, visitors, and guests will also waive all liability from 𝑮et 𝒀our 𝑭rio 𝑶n associated with any accident or action that may occur in the swimming pool located on the noted properties above. - You will always be expected to provide supervision to all children during your stay and abide by all warning signage or notices on the property. - The gate to the pool will always be kept closed. - 𝙏his is a no diving! - Anyone found diving in the pool or jumping from the fences, balconies, or other structures will be asked to vacate the premises at once. - All toys, balls, and foreign objects should be removed each day from the pool to eliminate possible blockage of the skimmer. - Damage to the pool, due to your negligence, will be the renter's responsibility. - Our concern is the safety of our renters and guests during your stay with 𝑮et 𝒀our 𝑭rio 𝑶n.
