Check-in Procedure RV Sites: - Check-in: 1 PM. - Check-out: 11 AM. Lodging: - Check-in: 3 PM. - Check-out: 11 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Events and Party - For event and party information, please call the office at (830) 833-4232 or message us on Facebook. Terms & Conditions - Reservation rates include a specified number of adults, children, pets, and vehicles. Additional fees apply for extra adults, children, pets, and vehicles. - All guests must register in the office upon arrival. - All visitors or guests must register in the office and pay any applicable visitor fees upon arrival. - Refunds are not given for early departure. - Specific site numbers are not guaranteed and are subject to change. - Please observe all property rules. - We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of the rules without a refund. Summer Hours - Office: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. - Lounge @TQ: Same as pool hours (like a hotel bar, there is no fee to enjoy a cold beer or cocktail and people-watch here!). - Pool: Open full-time starting May 2024, Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Event Room @TQ: - 1600 sq ft, available to rent. - 2-hour minimum, $75 per hour + cleaning fee. - A 50% deposit is required to schedule. Day, Season, and Annual Pass Rates for Non-Registered Guests (includes all amenities): Resort Day Pass: - Children 2-11 & Seniors 63+: $5.95. - Adults 12-62: $14.95. - Resort Monthly Pass: - Children/Seniors: $25. - Adults: $40. Resort Seasonal Pass (May-August): - Children/Seniors: $62.50. - Adults: $125. Resort Annual Pass: - Children/Seniors: $120. - Adults: $240. Pool and Splash Pad Policies: - No lifeguards on duty – Swim at your own risk. - No diving into the pool, no running. - No food or drinks are allowed in the family pool due to recirculation. - Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. - In case of emergency, notify 911 and the facility operator (a free telephone is provided). - Use the swimming facility only during posted hours of operation (10 AM – 8 PM, Tuesday to Sunday). - Do not drink alcohol and swim. - Splash pad hours: 10 AM – 8 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. - No use of the splash pad outside of these hours. - Individuals with diarrhea shall not use the spray pad. - Spray features use recirculated water – Do not drink. - Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper covered by rubber pants. - No animals are allowed when the pool is in use. - Pollution of the spray pad area is prohibited. Jacuzzis, Spas, Hot Tubs, Kiddie Pools: - Not permitted at Terraqueous RV Resort Registered Guests Policies: - All sites must have an RV water pressure regulator; Terraqueous RV Resort is not liable for any water damage due to improper installation. - Rates are based on 2 adult guests with 2 vehicles per RV site. - Electricity: Stays over 7 days incur an additional $0.11 per kilowatt. - Laundry Room: Liquid detergent only; no “Pod” detergent allowed. Quiet Time - Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Speed Limit - Speed Limit: 5 mph. Sewer/Water: - Sewage hose cradles required; no washing vehicles or RVs at sites; no water splitters, swimming pools, hot tubs, or Jacuzzis. Children: - Must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Pets: - Friendly, non-aggressive pets welcome; maximum 2 dogs per site; leash required; clean up after pets. Trash: - Dumpsters for personal trash only; all garbage must be bagged and tied. Internet: - Wireless Internet for guest use. Parking: - Two vehicles per RV site; do not park on grass or brown granite gravel. Trees/Property: - Do not cut or trim trees; call the office for assistance Conduct: - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, obscene language, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. Drugs: - Illegal drugs prohibited on the property. Liability: - Guests use facilities at their own risk. Important Note: - Management reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests, and make changes to rules, regulations, and fees as necessary. - By signing and initialing the reservation policy or liability waiver, you agree to obey the above policies and rules.
