6-Night Camp Airstream: Nashville Adventure

All recreational vehicles must be an Airstream product (towable or motorized, any year). You must be pre-registered for the event to enter Camp Airstream. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will be charged 25% of the cost of the program rate. If the reservation is canceled within the 30 days, you’ll be charged 75% of the cost of the program rate. Check-in time is from 1PM to 8PM. No late check-ins. Check out time is 11AM. We would love to have you here between these hours. If you have issues with this, please call KOA’s office at 615-889-0282. Please take care of your valuables. Airstream is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. All attendees are expected to respect the rights and property of others. Loud noise and similar intrusive behavior are prohibited. No loud music. Your site has a fire ring, please do not bring your own wood, this is from the Forest Service. KOA Nashville Resort welcomes your well-behaved pets if you keep them on a leash and pick up after them while in the park. Pets must not be left outside while guests are away from the RV Park. KOA Nashville Resort does not offer on-site dog walking, but the team can provide contact information for local providers. Just stop by the front desk for details. No garbage is permitted to be left behind. Photographers and/or video recording may be present during your Camp Airstream: Nashville weekly experience. By participating and being present at Camp Airstream. You give Airstream Inc. the right to use photographs or video/audio recordings taken of you. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or be recorded, please contact your Camp Host. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Camp Airstream Rules, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of these rules and the terms and conditions or campground rules of the Nashville KOA Resort, the governing terms of the Nashville KOA Resort shall control and govern to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency. For avoidance of doubt, this provision shall apply notwithstanding any contrary statement of precedence or integration clause contained in either agreement or set of rules.
