Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site Assignment - Your site number is subject to change prior to arrival without notice; only the site type is guaranteed unless a lock site fee is paid. Payment - Full payment will be processed at the time of booking. Minimum Check-In Age - The minimum age for a guest to check in is 18. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. - Pets are the responsibility of the owner. - Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. - Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Policy - Permitted up to 30 days before your arrival. - For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival, your payment, minus a $25 cancellation fee, will be returned to your credit card. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in. Refund Policy - No refunds will be issued due to poor weather conditions, early departures, or failure to comply with resort policies that result in guest being asked to leave. - Refunds will be issued to the same card on which the reservation was made, no exceptions. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
