Check-In Procedure
- Check-In Time: 12pm (noon) - 7pm
- Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
- Please call or text the main company line, letting us know that you’ve arrived and are parked in your assigned spot.
- We are happy to accommodate late check-ins, but please give us a call in advance if you will be arriving later than 7 pm so that we can be sure to be there to accommodate you.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.

- 100% refund until 1 day prior to check-in.
- 50% percent refund the day of or after.
- Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
RoverPass Cancellation Policy
- The platform and processing fees are non-refundable.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
- Please email Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation at [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1.
- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
