Hidden away in the serene surroundings of the marina, the park is sure to impress you with its quaint charm and the lush greenery that engulfs it. The large trees provide a lovely shade that makes it an inviting spot for a picnic on a sunny day, too.
If you’re feeling particularly peckish, you can easily head across the street to indulge in some delicious food at the Anchor ‘N Restaurant. With its prime location, the park promises an unbeatable evening of relaxation, indulgence, and appreciation of the beauty that surrounds us. - Late check-out policy: The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available.
- Additional fees may apply.
- In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Safety
- No glass containers are allowed in common areas.
Smoking
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
- A $250 fine will be imposed for violations.
Swimming Pool
- No lifeguard on duty in designated swimming areas, use at your own risk.
- Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in designated swimming areas.
Prohibited
- The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited in the Marina.
- The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited.
- Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.
- Use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
- Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited.
Speed Limit
- Speed limit on the property is 5 mph.
Vehicle
- No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway.
- Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
- Only persons with a valid driver's license may operate a motor vehicle in the Marina, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
Vandalism
- Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the marina.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- At Buncombe Creek Marina, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require our guests to cancel or modify their reservations.
- To ensure a fair and consistent policy for all guests, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:
Transient and Courtesy Boat Slip Rentals
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $12 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's slip rental.
RV Campsite Rentals
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $12 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's campsite rental.
Fishing Lodges and Deluxe Vacation Rentals
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $12 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.
Please note the following additional terms
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our online reservation system.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Buncombe Creek Marina reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or maintenance issues.
- In such cases, we will make every effort to notify guests as soon as possible and provide a full refund or offer alternative accommodations.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
- Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued.
- All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
- Transient and Courtesy Boat Slip Rentals: will not be refunded to camp credit.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
- Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1.
- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
