Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in for RV sites is from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Check-in for cabins is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Check-out for all sites and cabins is 11:00 a.m. - Please notify us if arriving after 9:00 p.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Arrival Time - Arrival time for Cabins is 3 pm - 9 pm. - Arrival time for RV sites is 1 pm - 9 pm. - Arrivals between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. will need to reach our after-hours number to be escorted to your site. Deposits & Payments - An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Scheduled Deposit - 1 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Reservations & Payments - Final payment is taken one day prior to arrival. - If you wish to use a different card or pay cash upon arrival, please reach out to the office. - Your first night deposit is non-refundable. - If you must cancel, we will issue a gift certificate equal to your deposit for a future stay within one year. - An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. - 1 day before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked last-minute within the scheduled time frame, the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. - Payment on any reservation constitutes acceptance of park rules. - Payment for your reservation constitutes acceptance of all Creekwood Farm RV Park policies and guidelines. - By completing your reservation, follow all posted rules and understand that failure to comply may result in additional fees or removal from the park without refund. Park Purpose - Creekwood Farm RV Park is a recreational park for the enjoyment of recreational campers. - We do not offer annual or long-term sites. - Special weekly and monthly rates may be available. - To maintain the quality and appearance of our park, we do not accept long-term or permanent residency. - All stays are considered temporary and recreational in nature. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for their children at all times. - Children should be supervised in restrooms, showers, and throughout the park. Pets Policy - Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. - Do not tie pets to trees, utilities, or vehicles. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Please clean up after your pet. - Do not place pet enclosures on grass. - Pets are off-leash only in the dog park. - No pets in bathrooms or recreation hall. Restricted Dog Breeds - Based on our insurance policy, Creekwood Farm RV Park does not allow dog breeds deemed aggressive. - Pit Bulls - Staffordshire Terriers - German Shepherds - Doberman Pinschers - Rottweilers Restroom Courtesy - Please help keep restrooms clean and dry for the next guest. - Use caution to avoid excess water on floors and wipe up any spills if they occur. - Be courteous by leaving the space as you would like to find it. Vehicle Parking Policy - One vehicle per site and must be parked perpendicular to the RV. - Extra vehicles must park in the overflow lot with a pass from the office. - Please obtain a parking pass from the office for any vehicle parked in the overflow lot. - Do not park on empty sites or block roadways or adjacent campsites. Golf Cart Policy - Golf carts are permitted but may not be modified for off-road use. - Golf carts must remain on gravel roadways. - Drivers must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. - Proof of insurance is required for all golf carts. Site Occupancy - Only one sleeping accommodation is permitted per site, meaning either one RV or one tent. Trash - Trash is collected daily between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. - Please place tightly secured bags by the road at your campsite. - Do not leave trash out overnight or allow it to accumulate at your site, as it may attract wildlife. Campsite Housekeeping - Decorations are encouraged but should reflect a holiday or camping theme. - Political signs are not permitted. - Clotheslines and towels or clothing may not be hung on trees or bushes. - Household items such as refrigerators, freezers, appliances, or furniture may not be left outside the RV. - Rugs may be placed on gravel areas only, not on grass. - Homemade fire pits are not allowed. - Sewer connections must use a tight-fitting, non-absorbent elbow and sewer riser. - Fireworks are not permitted. Firearms & Weapons - Firearms and weapons may not be visible or discharged in the park. - This is a zero-tolerance policy. Firewood, Grills, & Fire Pits - Outside firewood is not permitted due to the risk of spreading pests and disease. - Firewood is available for purchase at the park. - Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. - Do not dispose of hot coals in garbage containers. - Please reach out to the office or maintenance for proper charcoal disposal. - Fire pits and grills must never be left unattended. - Fire pits are not permitted at cabins. - Only select RV sites have built-in fire pits. - If you bring a portable fire pit, it must be placed on gravel areas only to prevent damage to the grass. - Ground fires and homemade fire pits are not allowed. - All fires must be contained. RV Condition - Older RVs are welcome; however, they must be in good running condition and well-maintained. - RVs with broken windows, severely faded paint, missing components, or large dents are not permitted. - We generally accept RVs that are 10 years old or newer. - Older RVs may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be in excellent, well-maintained condition. - Any RV that, upon arrival, is deemed to be in poor or unsightly condition may result in denial of entry or removal from the property without refund. - This applies to all reservations, including those made online. Quiet Hours & Noise - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - During these hours, sound should not carry beyond your site. - Guests are asked to maintain reasonable noise levels during daytime hours. - To maintain a peaceful and serene environment, guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. - Please keep music, televisions, and other noise at a reasonable level. Park Maintenance - The park is mowed on Wednesdays. - Please remove any lawn ornaments or items from the grass areas so the landscaper has full access to your site. RV Detailing - RV detailing is permitted most of the time of the year. - We partner with local detailing companies. - Please reach out to the office for recommended providers. - Detailing is not allowed before 10:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. - Due to high occupancy, detailing is not permitted during July or October. Jonathan Creek - Enter the creek at your own risk. - We strongly discourage entering the creek during or after rain, as water levels can rise quickly and debris may move downstream, often unseen. - Water shoes are recommended, as debris on the creekbed may not be visible. - Throw bags are available at Bear Park, Eagle Park, and near site 59 if needed. Freeze Protection Policy - During freezing temperatures, guests are required to disconnect water hoses and protect their connections to prevent damage. - Freeze warnings will be communicated to guests in the park via text message. - Guests who opt out of text communication remain responsible for staying informed of freezing conditions. - If a guest does not disconnect or properly protect their water connection and damage occurs to park infrastructure, a repair fee will be charged to the reservation on file. Inherent Risks - Camping in the outdoors involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain that may increase the chance of slips, trips, and falls. - Please remain aware of your surroundings to help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Right To Refuse Service - Creekwood Farm RV Park is committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests. - We respectfully reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave the campground at any time, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or not in alignment with our park guidelines. - Booking a reservation and entering the property constitutes acceptance of all park rules and policies.
