Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Initial Deposit - An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked. Scheduled Deposit - 2 days (s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pet Policy - Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. - Pets are the responsibility of the owner. - Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Weather and Activity Disclaimer - Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. Right to Evict Policy - The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for any cause.
