Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1:00 pm- 7:00 pm. - Check-out time: 11:00 am. - Send us an email. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Lights out - To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful night's rest and enjoys our beautiful night sky, we kindly ask that all outdoor lights be turned off and quiet time be observed between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. - Please turn off all outdoor lights by 10:00 PM. Use only soft, low lighting if needed for safety. - Interior RV lights are fine as long as they don’t shine into neighboring sites. Enjoy the stars and the peaceful night sky. - Thank you for helping keep our park peaceful and enjoyable for everyone. - Happy camping, Phoenix Mountain Campground, Derek & Pam Rourke, Operators. Quiet Time Hours - 11:00 pm-7:00 am. - During these hours, please keep noise to a minimum. - No loud music or conversations. - Turn down TVs and radios. - Be mindful of neighbors who may be resting. - Let’s all help each other get a good night’s sleep. - Be mindful of neighbors who may be resting. Pets - Pets must be kept on leash and cleaned up after. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior, the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note, all refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
