The Park at Swan Valley – Guest Policies & Terms Welcome to The Park at Swan Valley! To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review and follow the policies below. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: RV SITES/DRY CAMP: Check-in: After 1:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM CABINS: Tiny Tetons Cabin: - Check-in: After 3:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM - Tiny Cabin guests: Key provided by camp host. Grand Tetons Cabin: - Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM - Family Cabin Guests: Entry code sent the morning before arrival. LATE ARRIVALS: - Arrive by 6:00 PM for host greeting. | After 6:00 PM: We’ll send self-check-in instructions and a site map. | Gate closes at 10:00 PM. Please text or call if you will be arriving late. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES: All Bookings (General): - Cancel within 24 hours of booking = Full refund, no fee. | Cancel after 24 hours = Refund minus $10 processing fee. - Booked through Airbnb, Hipcamp, The Dyrt, or Spot2Nite? You must cancel or edit your reservation through the app used. Cabins: - Cancel ≥ 30 days before = Full refund. - Cancel within 48 hrs of booking (and ≤14 days before arrival) = Full refund. - Cancel 7–30 days before = 50% charge. - Cancel < 7 days before = No refund. RV Sites / Hookups / Dry Camping: - Cancel ≥ 7 days before = Full refund minus $10 fee. - Cancel within 7 days = 50% charge. - Cancel within 72 hrs = No refund. - Note: $10 fee does not apply if canceled within 24 hours of booking unless it was a same day booking. Early Departure: Early departure will not result in any type of refund. DURING YOUR STAY: - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Speed Limit: 7 MPH – Kids are often at play. - Fire rules change often. Text us at 208-701-2267 before starting a fire. Fires must be fully extinguished by 11:00 PM. No fireworks. - Smoking is allowed in the great outdoors, but not in or within 25 ft of any buildings on campground. If smoking in your campsite, we kindly ask that you are respectful to your neighbors and strive to not let your smoke reach their area. To avoid possible fires, please extinguish in a proper container and not on ground. Smoking and/or possession of cannabis is illegal in Idaho. - Alcoholic Beverages: Moderate Drinking is allowed within your own campsite. Public Intoxication will not be tolerated as we are a family campground. - Pets: Leashed dogs are welcome. No excessive barking, clean up after them, and do not leave them unattended at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times. No dogs allowed in any of the buildings (homes/cabins/The Lodge) (except service animals – please notify us in advance). - Trash: Please pick up after yourself and leave your site clean. Dumpsters are on-site. Never put cans, trash, or butts in the fire pit. - Guests/Visitors: Welcome during the day. Campers are responsible for their guests. All visitors must leave by 10 PM. - Parking: One vehicle per site. Contact us for overflow parking. - Tent Camping is not allowed in RV sites. Call us for special situations. - Respect others: Do not walk through other campsites; use common areas instead. CABIN-SPECIFIC POLICIES: - No smoking or drug use indoors—violations will incur additional fees. - No parties or loud gatherings. - Critters: We are in the country. Though we take preventive measures, bugs/wildlife are part of nature and the potential presence of critters does not entitle you to a refund. - No pets inside cabins (service animals only – please notify us in advance). DRONES & PRIVACY: - Drone Use: For the privacy of our guests, recreational drone use is not allowed at the park without prior written permission. - Privacy Policy: We only collect basic info for reservations and do not share your information.
