Check-In Procedure - Resort Check-in time: 12:00 pm. - Resort Check-out time: 12:00 pm. - Cabins Check-in time: 3:00 pm. - Cabins Check-out time: 12:00 pm. - We do have an early access option beginning at 10 am, but it is available only if the site is vacant (i.e., nobody is in the site before you). - Early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee the site/cabin will be ready or available at the time of arrival. - Early access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort amenities, which require parking in overflow. - If you require access before 10:00 am, please book the site for the night prior. - Extended access is available for $10/hour to accommodate your stay in the Camp-Resort until 5:00 pm. - Subject to availability. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - For the safety of all of our guests, the maximum speed while in the campground is 5 mph. Children - We love kids. - But we also care for their safety. - No minors (under the age of 18) are allowed in the swimming area or to use the camp amenities (miniature golf, disc golf, horseshoes, lawn games, volleyball, badminton, etc.) without an adult being with them at all times. Swimming - Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty. - No one under 18 is allowed to swim without adult supervision at all times. Youth Conduct & Equipment Use - Please be respectful of our other guests and policies pertaining to minors and their use of bikes, UTV, and amenities to include games, bikes, and pool toys provided by the resort. Age Requirement Policy - Must be 21 years old or older to rent campsites or cabins. Campground Vehicle Operation Policy - Registered guests may bring motorcycles and UTVs, but please do not ride in and throughout the Camp-Resort. - UTVs and motorcycles are to be ridden from your campsite to the entrance gate for recreational access only, and AT 5 MPH or slower, please. - There are public roads near and around the campground in the area for UTV riding and recreation. - Please take note of the private property that we border and obey all private property restrictions. Holiday Booking Policy - 2-night minimum stay in Cabins on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends. Quiet Hours - Sunday to Thursday 10:00 pm-8:00 am and Friday to Saturday 11:00 pm-8:00 am. - Please note that on Holiday weekends, quiet hours are midnight to 8:00 am. Walking & Biking Trail Rules - Please, no motorized vehicles on our walking trail. - Bicycles or mountain bikes are permitted on the path. - Please give right of way to walkers. Tents and Canopy Structure - Tents and canopy shade structures. - Are allowed in RV sites. - Only one additional tent or canopy structure (no larger than 10' X 10' tent per site, please). - Please note the site is still subject to a maximum adults/children on the site, depending on the site type. Site Parking Policy - You are allowed one RV/camper and one vehicle per site. - Please do not park on the grass. - If you have additional vehicles or guests for the day, please see the office for where to park your additional vehicles. - Overflow parking during your stay is free. Trailer & UTV Storage Policy - We do offer trailer and UTV storage. - We offer powered and non-powered storage for a nominal daily fee. - Please see rates and availability for powered and non-powered storage while you are away from the park. - We do not accept any liability or offer insurance for your vehicle or UTV, or its contents, while in storage or in overflow parking. - Please have your vehicle insured properly while in storage for theft or acts of nature. Limit per Site - Limit 6 people per site. - Rates based on 6 people (10 years and older). - If you have more than 6 persons due to family size, please contact our office. Pet Policy - Pets of the registered RV site occupant are welcome, but limited to 2 pets per site. - Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. - The pet owner is responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. - Pets must be kept on a leash when away from the site at all times and may not be left unattended at the site. - No pets allowed in cabins or at tent sites. - No pets allowed in the pool or inside the fenced pool area. - Please do not chain pets to our trees, buildings, or fences - The tent area is not an off-leash or pet relief area. - Please pick up after your pet. - The pet off-leash area is the disc golf/walking trail area to the east of the campground. - For the safety of our guests, pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. - We reserve the right to ask you to remove hostile pets (or hostile owners with pets) from the Camp-Resort. - Pets may be off-leash in our open walking run area if they are in your control at all times. - Please respect the additional rules and policies posted in this area, and please be courteous to other guests walking or walking with dogs off leash in the off leash area. - If your dog is more aggressive (or protective of you), please keep your dog on a leash. - There are many areas just outside the fence of the park to let your dog run free and off-leash. - When in doubt, please keep your pets on a leash. - Trinity View Resort does not accept any liability for pets brought onto the resort. - Owners are liable and responsible for any injuries, accidents, or issues with their pets (on or off leash). - By making a reservation, you are accepting the responsibility to obey all rules and policies regarding your pet. - Trinity View Resort reserves the right to protect other members and guests from aggressive on or off-leash animals, including but not limited to restraining any off-leash animal. Cabin Reservations - Tents are not allowed at cabin rentals or in the cabin area. - Guests staying in tents can utilize the tent area (subject to tent area fees). - Cabins have one full/queen bed (comfortably sleeps 2). - Cabin maximum is 4 people over the age of 10. - Children under 10 are an exception to this number if staying with parents. - Guests are welcome to bring their own additional bedding and sleep on the floor. - Additional linens, air mattresses can be rented from the resort - Minimum 2-night stay requirements apply during holiday weekends. - Our cabins are non-smoking. - An excessive cleaning fee will be assessed if our policy is violated. - Day guests (no overnight guests) to the cabin can have pets on leashes while visiting, but not inside the cabins. Payment Policy - Payment is due in full at the time of booking or upon check-in.
