General Rules & Policies Check-In / Check-Out - Check-in is after 1:00 PM Mountain Time. - Check-out is at 11:00 AM Mountain Time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Guest and Vehicle Rules - Two adults and up to four children under 18 are included; additional guests are $3 per day, with a maximum of 10 guests per campsite. - Only one vehicle and one RV are permitted per site; additional vehicles must use designated guest parking. - Daily guests must register at the office and leave by 10:00 PM. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; music must be kept reasonable and turned off at 10:00 PM, and exterior lighting should be turned off. Fire and Safety - Generators are not allowed because sites have electrical hookups. - Fires are permitted only in self-contained steel fire pits or camp stoves and may be prohibited during fire restrictions. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Firearms may be possessed but may not be used in the park and must not be left unattended. - The speed limit is 5 MPH; watch for children. Pets - Pets must be leashed except in the dog park, cleaned up after, and never left unattended. - Up to two pets are included; additional pets are $3 per night, with a maximum of four pets per campsite. Facilities and Conduct - Place all garbage in park dumpsters and leave the site as found. - Smoking is not allowed in or within 25 feet of campground buildings; dispose of smoking materials safely. - Restrooms, showers, Wi-Fi, and laundry are available to guests; animals other than service animals are not allowed in restroom or shower facilities. - Alcohol is permitted only within the campsite, and public intoxication may result in eviction. - Return moved picnic tables to their original campsites before checkout. - Tents are allowed on camping sites.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
