Lone Oak Campsites
East Canaan, Connecticut
152 RV Sites, 1 Cabin, 19 Tent Sites, 3 Lodges, 7 Park Models
Lone Oak Campsites in East Canaan, Connecticut, offers 152 RV sites, 11 cabin, lodge, and park model units, and 19 tent sites across 50 acres in the Litchfield Hills, with 20, 30, and 50-amp service, cable TV, and rigs accepted to 85 feet. Full hookup, water-and-electric, and non-hookup categories join two pools, a hot tub, and the Hayloft Lounge.
One hundred fifty-two sites span 20/30-amp full hookup, 30/50-amp full hookup back-in, 30/50-amp full hookup pull-through, water-and-electric, and non-hookup categories, sized to 85 feet, with fire pits and picnic tables. The non-hookup tier gives self-contained rigs a lower rate, and 85 feet handles big coaches. Eleven cabins, lodges, and park models plus 19 tent sites round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, propane fills and exchange, dump station, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side.
Two swimming pools and a hot tub anchor the season, with the Hayloft Lounge hosting live music and events. Sports courts, a ball field, arcade, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a pond, dog park, recreation center, and community fire pit fill the 50 acres, with themed weekend activities from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pets are welcome.
The seasonal programming and multi-generational following are the character here — families return year after year to one of the most scenic corners of northwestern Connecticut.
The season runs Memorial Day through Labor Day, with fall foliage in the Litchfield Hills extending demand. Reserve well ahead.
