ASK OUR TEAM: Do you have full hookups? - Each RV space has water, sewer, cable TV, and 30/50 amp electric. - All consecutive stays of 14 nights and longer are subject to metered electric charges. Do you have pull-through spaces? - Yes, we have a limited number of popular pull-through sites. - Due to the high demand for these spaces, we do not offer these sites for extended stay reservations. - However, we have many other large sites that we can offer our extended-stay visitors with larger RVs. Do you have restrictions on RV types? - Yes, we do. - All RVs must be self-contained and are subject to exterior inspection upon arrival. - Each RV must be clean and rust-free with no broken windows. - If an RV is motor-powered, it must be in good running condition. - Tarps on roofs and other modifications are strictly prohibited. - The resort has a complete list of rules and regulations on file for your review. - Additionally, we do not offer tent camping. Are you a membership resort? How long can I stay? - No, we are a non-membership and non-ownership RV resort. - We offer daily, weekly, and extended stay rates. - We have a 6-month extended stay limit. - Please ask the front desk for seasonal stays. - However, we have a loyalty program. Can I reserve a specific site? - We don't guarantee site numbers and do not assign your site until the day of your arrival. Is there stuff for kids to do at the resort? - We offer a lot of seasonal activities for kids including ping pong, corn hole, pool tic-tac-toe, pool basketball, pool table, chalk, board games, and seasonal movie nights. What rates do you offer? - Our rates vary based on how long your stay is, what size of site you need, what amenities you want, and where you want to stay in the resort. - For stays of less than 31 days, you can check rates and book here. Are you close to San Diego Attractions? - You can get to most major San Diego attractions and beaches within 15 minutes. - Our RV resort is right off the freeway. - We also have direct access to the San Diego Trolley. - Simply walk out of our RV resort and turn right to find the trolley. - It can take you to many of San Diego’s top attractions. Are you close to shopping and dining? - There are several major restaurants within one mile of the resort. - There are also grocery stores and large retailers like Costco and Walmart within two miles. - You can also hop on the trolley and visit one of the malls in Mission Valley, including the very popular Fashion Valley Mall, which is only 15 minutes away. Do you allow RV groups? - Yes, we accept small groups, however, we can't guarantee that the sites will be booked in the same resort section. - Please view our sister RV Resorts for larger groups (10 or more sites).
