We’re so glad you’re here. Please take a moment to review the following info to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.
Check-In & Arrival

Want to check in early? Call us to see if it's available (small fee applies).
Arriving after 6 PM or late at night (even after midnight)? No problem! Use your confirmation email for your site info and gate code.
When you arrive: Stop by the office for a park map, then head to your assigned site.
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
Need to extend your stay? Please let us know before 10:00 AM. Your current site may not be available, but we’ll do our best to help.
Late check-out: Must be approved before 11 AM by the park manager.
Without approval, a full night's fee applies.
Late check-out may be available for just $10 when arranged in advance.
Site placement: We try to honor specific requests, but final placement is up to park management.
Reservations
Book online anytime or by phone during office hours (10 AM – 6 PM).
Arrive anytime after 1 PM — even very late at night is okay!
We’ll do our best to keep your reserved site. If needed for maintenance or other reasons, we may move you unless you've paid a site lock fee.
Even with a lock fee, rare changes may occur due to emergencies.
We authorize your full stay on your card at check-in.
Paying with cash? A security deposit may be required.
Full payment is due at time of booking. Reservations are confirmed once paid.
Each guest must check in at the office or pre-check in online through your email.

Pet Policy
We love pets! With management approval, up to 3 pets are allowed per site.
Please follow these simple rules:
Pets must be leashed (max 6 feet) unless in the dog park.
No retractable leashes in the park.
Clean up after your pets every time.
Fees apply if not cleaned up: $25 first time, $50 second, $75 after that.
No outdoor pet housing.
Temporary fencing is okay if it’s under 4 feet and doesn’t block neighbors' slide-outs.
Do not feed stray animals.
Pets over 2 years old must be spayed or neutered.
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During these hours, no loud noises, construction, or contractor work.
Guests
You may have up to 2 guests per day (6 AM – 10 PM).
Guests must register at the office.
Max 6 people per site.
You are responsible for your guests' actions and any damage they cause.
Guests may not stay at your site without you present.
Safety & Fire Rules
Dangerous or flammable materials are not allowed on site.
No campfires at RV sites.
Household-use items like propane must be stored safely and in reasonable amounts.
Trash & Disposal
Trash bins are for bagged household trash only.
Keep trash inside your RV or in closed containers until dumping.
No dumpster diving. Don’t climb or reach into bins.
Lids must stay closed.
No dumping construction materials, mattresses, or large items.
Don’t bring outside trash to dump here.
Don’t store visible trash or recycling on your site or in your vehicle.
Please help us keep the park clean — littering is not allowed.
Repairs & Damage
If your RV, equipment, or site gets damaged:
Repairs must be completed within 7 days.
This includes any damage to your RV, tow vehicle, or park property.

Propane & Dump Station Hours
Available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or dusk).

Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- The days prior to arrival are based on the calendar date starting at 12:01 AM.
- Partial Refund: If eligible for a refund, please allow up to 10 days for the credited amount to reflect in your account.
- Refunds are typically recieved the fastest, within 1-2 business days, when you cancel yourself through your booking link.
Cancellations 14 Days or More Before Arrival Date:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations 2-13 Days Before Arrival Date:
- 1 to 28 Day Stays: Cancellations made 2 to 13 days before the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the total reservation cost.
- 29-Day or Longer Stays: Cancellations made 2 to 13 days before the arrival date will result in a flat cancellation fee of $300.
Cancellations 1 Day prior to or on the Arrival Date (Including After Arrival & No Shows)
- Reservations that are canceled 1 day or less before the arrival date, or on or after the arrival date, or result in a no-show will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.
Arrival Date Changes
- Should you find it necessary to adjust your arrival date, we kindly request that any changes be made with ample notice, preferably more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to last-minute adjustments.
- In such cases, any changes made less than 7 days prior to your original arrival date will incur a nominal fee.
- This fee is equivalent to 7 nights from the date of the arrival date change to the originally scheduled arrival date.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to effectively manage our reservations and accommodate the needs of all our guests.
Departure Date Changes
- We understand that plans may evolve, and you may need to adjust your departure date accordingly.
- We are pleased to accommodate departure date changes made 7 days or more prior to the originally scheduled departure date without incurring any penalty.
- Please note that changing to a later departure date is subject to availability, and we encourage you to reach out to our reservations team as soon as possible to secure your desired extension.
- Should you wish to depart earlier than originally planned, any changes made less than 7 days prior to your original departure date will result in a fee.
- This fee is equivalent to 7 nights from the date of notification of the original departure date.
Refund Policy
- All reservations are subject to cancellation fees.
- Please see the cancellation policy for more details.
- If a refund is due, please allow 10 business days.
- If you are anticipating a refund, feel free to call us and inquire about the status.
Refund for Retail Item
- Retail items purchased in our convenience store can be returned within 30 days provided that the package was not opened and/or the item was not used in any way.
- Acceptable returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Refund of Security Deposit
- Security deposits will be refunded within 21 business days after deducting expenses for any damages or lost items incurred during the reservation period.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
