Lakeside, front row, and K9 Corner back-in categories join a splash pad, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse in the Coachella Valley. Three hundred fifty-two sites span back-in, deluxe back-in, front row back-in, lakeside back-in, K9 Corner back-in, and pull-through categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp with cable TV and site WiFi, sized to 75 feet. The K9 Corner sites are worth requesting if you travel with dogs, and lakeside is the premium outlook. Eight cottages round out the lodging. A general store, boutique shop, laundry, propane fills and exchange, restrooms, showers, and firewood handle the practical side. An outdoor pool and splash pad anchor the warm months, with a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, clubhouse, game room, craft room, and business center besides. Pickleball, billiards, ping pong, horseshoes, and corn hole fill the courts, and a lake supports fishing. Walking trails, a playground, dog park, golf cart rentals, a bar, and live music round it out. The resort also operates as a wedding venue. Pets are welcome. Coachella sits between Indio and the Salton Sea, 40 minutes from the sea itself, with Spotlight 29 Casino two miles away, Fantasy Springs seven minutes, and Palm Springs within comfortable reach. Winter is decisively the season, and April festival weeks fill the whole valley. Book well ahead.

Beautiful property. Lots to do. Very well maintained. The staff is great. Love the bar and pools. They could have quiet hours, however. People were out yelling and screaming past 1:00 am the other night.

Awesome new resort! VERY friendly staff!! Everything is brand new and spotless. Quiet at night, laid back during the day. Easy access to any day trip you want to experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The facilities are excellent. Bath and showers are clean and well kept. The sites are gravel but level and solid. Plenty of room for tables and chairs with space for fires and lounging. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - All cancelled reservations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. - All daily and weekly reservations, guests may cancel until 48 hours prior to arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit, minus a $25 administration fee. - Reservations cancelled inside the 48 hours will forfeit their deposit. - Reservations over Festival Dates (Coachella Music Festival and/or Stagecoach Music Festival) must cancel a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date. - If reservations are not cancelled by this time, the full deposit will be forfeited. - The remaining balance is due 29 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. - If you wish to change this card, please contact our reservation department at (442) 325-9292. - Special Offer Promotions are subject to their own cancellation and modification policies. - Check with your Reservation Coordinator for these policies. - If the guest is owed a refund and the original credit card on file is no longer active, the guest will receive a user credit to be used for a future reservation within the next 6 months.
