Sites come in three categories — 30/50-amp deluxe, 30/50-amp deluxe pull-through, and 30/50-amp premium — all carrying water, sewer, and electric with site-delivered WiFi and a picnic table. The grounds are gated, with laundry, a bathhouse, a pavilion, a barn, and cabins for guests without a rig. Pets are welcome, with a dog park.
