Sun Retreats Horn Lake
10 RV Sites, 23 Cabins, 2 Tent Sites
Sun Retreats Horn Lake in Horn Lake, Mississippi, offers 10 Red Carpet pull-through RV sites, 23 cabins, and two tent sites ten miles south of downtown Memphis, with 20, 30, and 50-amp full-hookup service, cable TV, and rigs accepted to 70 feet. ADA-accessible sites are available, and an outdoor pool and full family activity program run on site. The property was formerly Jellystone Park Memphis.
Ten Red Carpet pull-through sites carry water, sewer, and electric on 20, 30, and 50-amp with cable TV, sized to 70 feet, with fire pits and picnic tables, and accessible sites are available. Twenty-three cabins serve guests without a rig, and two tent sites cover simpler camping. Laundry, propane fills and exchange, restrooms, showers, and a recreation center handle the practical side.
Recreation is built around families. An outdoor pool anchors the summer with inflatable water toys and a jumping pillow, and a lake and pond support fishing. Sports courts, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and gaga ball spread across the grounds, with gem mining and gold panning, a playground, pavilion, dog park, biking, and picnicking besides. Pets are welcome.
Horn Lake sits in DeSoto County on US-51 and I-55, which puts Beale Street's blues clubs, Graceland, and the National Civil Rights Museum within a short drive of a Mississippi address. The two-state position gives families the full Memphis cultural itinerary from a suburban campground base.
The resort operates through the Mid-South season, with summer family demand and Memphis event weekends driving occupancy. With only ten RV sites, reserve well ahead — the cabins carry much of the inventory here, and both book out for summer weekends.
