Every site is a pull-thru carrying water, sewer, and electric with a picnic table — a layout that suits travelers moving through the Colorado Plateau who would rather not unhitch. Rigs up to 80 feet fit comfortably. A general store, laundry, bathhouse with showers, and both propane fills and propane exchange handle resupply, with WiFi across the property. Pets are welcome, with a dog park on site. On the grounds there's a stocked pond for fishing and a barn, and the setting puts guests at the base of Monroe Mountain with hot springs close by — Red Hill Hot Springs is a short drive. The area draws ATV riders for the Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree. Hot Springs Bathing Notice: No bathing suits or clothing of any kind are to be worn in the baths. This facility follows traditional bathing practices as outlined by Inyo County Code § 12.16.350(D). For this reason, all bathing within the hot springs is conducted in the nude. We share this information in advance to ensure that all guests are fully aware and comfortable prior to visiting. Our goal is to maintain the authentic and peaceful atmosphere that has been part of the hot springs’ history for generations. Guests are encouraged to approach the experience with respect, mindfulness, and an understanding of the local culture and regulations that preserve its unique environment.
