Seventy-four sites run in 30-amp and 50-amp water-and-electric back-ins, premium 50-amp water-and-electric, and 30/50-amp pull-through categories, sized to 50 feet, with fire pits, picnic tables, cable TV, and site WiFi — note there are no sewer hookups at the sites, though a dump station is available. Twelve tent sites round out the accommodations. A general store, laundry, propane fills and exchange, restrooms, showers, and firewood handle the practical side. The property was formerly Seaport RV Resort.
An outdoor pool anchors the summer, with a fitness center, game room, and casino on site. Mini-golf, sports courts, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball, and horseshoes fill the grounds, with a pond for fishing, walking trails, a playground, dog park, and pavilion besides.
