Our property sits directly atop the banks of the Diversion Canal, perfectly nestled between Lake Marion and Lake Moultrie of the Santee Lake system. The waterfront views, family friendly atmosphere, and diverse fishing environment are just a few of the reasons we love this place. Our park offers a multitude of amenities that include propane refill, gas, laundry room, bath house, free wi-fi, boat ramp, waterfront pavilion, and walking trail. For added convenience there is a General Store selling a variety of snacks, drinks as well as 36 flavors of Hershey's ice cream and Hunt Brothers pizza, wings, and hot subs. For the fisherman, boaters and campers we have fishing tackle, bait, RV supplies, and basic household necessities.
