Guest Conduct Policy - Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to, disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guideline. - No refunds will be given. Vehicle Requirements - Resort management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any guest or RV, and may require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age. - Unlicensed or inoperable RV’s are expressly prohibited. Prohibited Activities - No mechanical repairs are allowed on site. RV per Site - Only one RV allowed per site. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed in any resort buildings or common areas including the pool. Pet Policy - Per the county ordinance, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside of your RV. - Pets are allowed on your site only or in designated pet areas. - Pets must be supervised at all times. - Please be advised that pets found unsupervised in the resort will be reported to county animal control. - Guests are required to pick up after their pets. - Failure to comply can result in a fine and/or require removal of the pet from the resort. - Excessive barking or noise from pets is not allowed. - Failure to comply may require you to remove your pet from the resort. - Aggressive behavior by pets is strictly prohibited. - If a pet bites or injures a person or other pet, or, in the sole discretion of resort management displays aggressive or threatening behavior deemed dangerous, the pet must be removed from the property promptly. - No refunds or reimbursements will be given for early departure due to violations of this policy.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
