Imagine, a tree-lined esplanade welcoming you to a 65-acre nature sanctuary attached to a newly renovated RV campground in the central gulf coast of Texas. Victoria Coleto Lake RV Resort lies directly across the road from the 3,100-acre Coleto Creek Reservoir. This is Texas ranch country, filled with open spaces and greenbelts blooming with wildflowers in spring. Experience a friendly, down-home, idyllic country setting with an RV park boasting 25 acres of spacious RV sites, cozy family cabins, and upgraded accommodations. Enjoy sprawling walking trails with hundreds of bird varieties and plentiful deer. Try your skill at our catch-and-release fishing pond with surrounding benches and picnic tables. It’s a perfect place to take your furry friends for a walk or let them run free within our fenced-in recreation area, separated for big and small dogs. Boating and fishing abound at the neighboring Coleto Creek Reservoir, as well as on the Gulf Coast less than an hour away. We’re midway between Victoria and historic Goliad, close to shopping, dining, festivals, and golf courses–making it convenient for an overnight stay or all-season getaway!

Rules

-Registration -All guests and visitors must register before proceeding to a site. Late night arrivals, please register by 10 am the following day. Early check-in and late check-out fees will be assessed for all RV sites and Deluxe Cabins. Please re-register by 10 am if wishing to extend your visit. -Check-in for RV Sites: 12 pm -Check-in for Cabins: 2 pm -Check-out for RV Sites and Cabins: 11 am -Internet & Wi-Fi -Free Wi-Fi is available throughout our campground. A Wi-Fi code will be provided upon registration. -Vehicle Parking -One camping unit and two vehicles are allowed per site. No parking or driving is allowed on the grass. Check at the office for overflow parking if needed. Please do not drive through or park in empty sites. Violators may be towed at the owner’s expense. Guests need to ask in the office for guest parking if you already have two vehicles on your site. Boat parking is acceptable at your site, but not on the grass. If it will not fit, check at the office for a separate parking area. -Quiet Hours -Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be considerate of your fellow campers. Remember, your backyard is someone else’s front. The use of generators is prohibited within our campground. -Fires -Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings only. No ground fires at RV sites. -Garbage -Bag garbage and place at the end of campsite between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm and we’ll pick it up. Please do not leave garbage outside overnight. -Deluxe Cabins / Facilities -Pets and smoking are prohibited inside any of the buildings on the campground. The number of guests allowed overnight cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit (see office for details). Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items or property. -Pet Policy -Your pets are welcome here. However, not all guests are pet lovers; so please keep your pets quiet. Do not leave them unattended and clean up after your pets immediately. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in an additional fee. Your pet must be on a leash (6-foot maximum) at all times, except when enjoying our off-leash playground. Clean-up supplies and receptacles are provided in the pet playground for your convenience. No kennels, tied-up pets, or pets allowed. Our insurance carrier forbids aggressive pets. Pets demonstrating aggressive behavior will be required to leave the park. -Restrooms / Laundry -Our private community restrooms and laundry facilities are open 24 hours every day. Please do your part to help us maintain the cleanliness of our restrooms and laundry facilities. Let the office know if there is a problem. -Children -The actions and safety of your children are your responsibility. Supervise your children in all buildings, at the playground, and throughout the park. Playground hours are from dawn to dusk. Children should be at your campsite or cabin by dusk. -Swimming Pool -Our swimming pool is open from 9:00 am – dusk. No lifeguard is on duty, please swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Only bathing suits are allowed. Infants not potty trained must wear leak-proof swimming diapers. No pets or glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please note that the swimming pool may be closed during inclement weather. _Your pets are welcome here. However, not all guests are pet lovers; so please keep your pets quiet. Do not leave them unattended and clean up after your pets immediately. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: -Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable. -Cancellation Policy for an RV site: -You must give a 48-hour notice before your arrival date to get your deposit back minus a $10 fee. -Cancellation Policy for the cabins: -You must give a 7 days notice before your arrival date to get your deposit back minus a $10 fee
