Our 24-acre resort is situated on the Pacific Ocean with unrestricted access to a 7-mile stretch of beach suitable for long seaside walks, agate and driftwood gathering, viewing sunsets, and experiencing the awe of the sea. With over 100 RV and tent sites, many featuring RV Hot Tub Sites, we offer full hookups, pull-thru's and back-ins, cottage rentals/sales, and more. Just a few steps from the beach, Turtle Rock RV Resort has all you would expect and more. We also provide fire rings, picnic tables, horseshoes, a store, sparkling restrooms with showers, and laundry facilities. Our resort campground is a favorite for family reunions, weddings, and other celebrations, in part due to the incredible full-featured recreational facility with a full kitchen and room for up to 80 people. Bathrooms, Flat Screen TV, and satellite access make life easy. A favorite feature is the award-winning Arch Rock Brewery, right across the road from Turtle Rock's entrance gate. Our water view Vacation Rentals (cottages) and RV Park are all within walking distance of a picturesque 7-mile-long beach. Vacation Rentals (Cottages) and RV Park sites sit on the banks of Hunter Creek looking out to the Pacific Ocean, or, if you prefer choose a hillside spot nestled against the tree- and fern-covered park.

Check-In: - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Damage/Loss of Equipment Policy: - I acknowledge that if I lose or damage lifejackets, paddles, jet boards or paddleboards, the following expenses stated below may be charged to my credit card provided, as an additional charge to the rental fee. -- Paddle Replacement: $75.00/each -- Lifejacket replacement: $25.00/each -- Helmet Replacement: $35 dollars each -- Kid Carrier bike attachment: $300 each -- Jet Board Replacement: $850.00 -- Electric Bike Replacement $1,750.00 -- Paddleboard Replacement: $700 -- Repair to boards or bikes: $100.00/minimum and $35 per hour billed to your card on file. Electric Bike, Jet board, and Paddleboard Rules: 1) Lifejackets must be worn at all times paddle boarding or jet boarding Helmets must be worn at all times while using Electric bikes. 2) Do not use paddles to push off the bottom, as it breaks the ends of the paddles. Keep the paddleboard away from sharp objects like fallen trees or blackberry bushes. Do not use the jet board in shallow water it may damage the propeller and you will be charged for that damage 3) I will return the electric bike jet board or/paddleboard empty of any trash and mud or be subject to a $20.00 cleaning fee. 4) No dragging paddleboards or jet boards across gravel, pavement or concrete, as it causes holes. 5) Ridding at nighttime is Dangerous we do not recommend that you ride after sunset, the bikes are equipped with lights however traffic on the 101 can be very heavy and swift, you are riding at your own risk we advise you to wear reflective shirts and stay off the freeway. 6) There is no lifeguard on duty, if you cannot swim you should not be renting equipment for the water by signing this document you are certifying that you can swim and are able to use the equipment rented. 7) This equipment is for use in freshwater only, do not take it in the ocean, the Pacific Ocean near the park has strong rip tides and undercurrents by signing this you agree to not use the equipment in the ocean 8) Electric Bikes are not toys, these bikes are fast machines and can be very dangerous by signing this document you certify that you are able to ride an electric bike and have been shown how they are controlled you feel confident you can handle this bike and everything is in working order. Helmets are to be worn at all times. If the bike stops working because of a crash you will be charged a $65 non-refundable rescue fee if it’s within 10 miles of the address 28788 Hunter Creek Loop, Gold Beach Oregon 97444 anything outside of the 10-mile radius you will be charged $75, no fee will be accessed if the bike stops working at no fault of the renter. 9) Bikes come with locks and a GPS tracker it is your responsibility to secure the bike while not riding it, if the bike is stolen and we are not able to locate it via GPS you agree to pay $1,400 replacement fee. State Laws: - Oregon State requires all riders of electric bikes to be 16 years of age. - E-Bikes are not to be ridden on any sidewalk. - The renter may be at risk of getting a ticket if seen riding an e-bike on an unapproved path, sidewalk, or roadway. - Prohibition against e-bikes on state park trails is imposed by OAR 736-010-0025(3) which restricts e-bike use in Oregon parks. EBIKE RENTAL - I accept the use, as is, of the bike rental equipment, and accept full responsibility for its care while it is in my possession. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC for all loss or damage I may have caused to this equipment, except for responsible wear and tear to the equipment. - I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC and its owners, agents, and employees, as well as the equipment manufacturers and distributors, of any and all loss or damage I may cause to a person or property while engaged in bike-related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims for personal injury, death, and/or property damage that may arise out of the use of this bike and its equipment, to myself or others. - I assume the risk of actual or alleged transmission of a communicable disease such as COVID-19. - I understand and am aware that biking is a HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY. I understand that biking involves a risk of injury to any and all parts of my body. I hereby freely and expressly assume and accept responsibility for any and all risks of harm and/or death while participating in this activity. - I understand that it is not possible to predict every situation and condition of the terrain the bike will be ridden on; therefore, it is impossible to guarantee the bike I use will react safely in all riding conditions. I realize it is mandatory that I wear a helmet at all times while biking and that I obey all trail signs and remain on open trails. - I understand that I am financially responsible for the replacing/repairing of the bicycle and any of its components if any damage occurs while in my use. I acknowledge that I will be charged the full retail value of any rental equipment that is not returned due to loss or theft. - I have read the above paragraphs and fully understand them. I have made no misrepresentation to Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC regarding my name, address or age. The below signature acknowledges that as an adult, I also take responsibility for any minors in our rental party. - This agreement is governed by the applicable law of Oregon. If any part of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect. I agree that there have been no warranties expressed or implied, which have been made to me, which extend beyond the descriptions of the equipment listed on this form. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and release of liability and I understand its contents. I understand that my signature below expressly waives any rights I may have to sue Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC for injuries or damage. - STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS (SUP) RENTAL Allowable Use Area: - The allowable use area of the rental equipment includes all inland waters in the area of Curry County. The lessee agrees to remain in this area. The Ocean is not included in the allowable areas, the current is dangerous and waves are unpredictable Acknowledgement of Qualification & Physical Fitness Risks: - Stand up Paddle Boarding (SUP’ing) is a physical sport. It may result in injuries or death to your body or equipment. - The lessee verifies they are sufficiently qualified to operate the equipment within the allowable use area. The lessee agrees to not use this equipment while under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. Fatigue, chill, dizziness & other health or environmental factors may diminish reaction time and increase the risk of accidents. The lessee understands the health risks and acknowledges they are physically able to safely use the equipment. - Acknowledgement of Inherent Risks such as, but not limited to the following: -- SUP’ing is a physical sport that may result in injuries or death. -- The allowable use of waters have risks associated with wind, waves, tidal currents, & boat traffic. -- The allowable use waters have wildlife risks associated with dangerous marine life – seals, sharks, jellyfish, and birds. -- Sun exposure can cause cancer – be smart and wear sun protection and stay hydrated to avoid sunburn, sunstroke, & dehydration. -- Do NOT SUP alone – always have a buddy or someone on the shore watching you. -- Risks of collision with objects above and below the water. -- Risks from inclement weather, lightning, wind, rain, hail, temperature fluctuations, hypothermia, and heat exposure. -- Risks associated with equipment failure or equipment misuse. --FOG – Coastal Oregon is engulfed in fog banks reducing visibility to 50’ or less – be aware of fog. -- The lessee recognizes and accepts this list of inherent risks. More Risks may exist that have not been covered here; the lessee agrees to accept these and any others that may arise from the use of this equipment. Hold Harmless Clause: - The lessee agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify collectively, Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC, affiliated, and successor companies, real and personal property owners, its officers, members, agents and employees from and against any and all claims for any injury, property damage of any kind, or death under all circumstances including those caused by negligence, loss or cost including without limitation, to attorney’s fees, arising in whole or in part, anywhere occasioned by any act or omission of the agreement, and any act or omission of any person utilizing the equipment. The lessee agrees that Turtle Rock RV Resort LL is not liable in any facet for any injuries or death for any period during or after the terms of this agreement. If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, all other parts shall remain in full force and effect. - In signing below, the lessee acknowledges they have read and understood the terms of this agreement in its entirety and voluntarily and freely agree to its terms. I am at least 18 years old and have read and fully understand this agreement. If under age of 18: I am the legal guardian, I have read and fully understand this agreement. - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult - Children age 5 and under stay free - Pets are welcome - Cottage Dog Fee $15 per night per dog. Max 2 dogs in the cottage. No cats in cottages.

Cancellation Policy

- Deposits are non-refundable, but you can move your reservation for up to 1 year from the original stay date provided you will call and inform us at least 5 days prior the scheduled arrival date. - No Refunds on early departure. - Passport America and or any discount program will be applied at the time of arrival and are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable NO SHOW POLICY: - No Show is if a guest fails to arrive on the arrival date and makes no explanatory contact before 11:00 am on the date of arrival. - In case of a no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged to the guest.
