The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to persons of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. GOOD CONDUCT POLICY Park guests must follow all park rules and directions given by park staff. They must conduct themselves in a manner that is not offensive or a nuisance to other park guests. Cancellation Policy
ESCAPEES RV PARKS, INC. RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICIES Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable. RESERVATION POLICY: Reservations can be made up to one year in advance, but only 50 percent of the park sites can be reserved this far out. Anytime within 60 days of reservation date, there will likely be no limit as to how much of the park can be reserved. Anything more than a successive 8-week stay will fall under the Long Term Stay Policy. General reservations may be extended if a site is available at the time of the request. DEPOSIT POLICY: All reservations require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The entire deposit amount will be applied at check-in. RV site deposits are the equivalent of one night’s stay for reservations that are less than one week. All reservations longer than one week will require a deposit of $25 per week.
