The Hill Top at Brenham Luxury RV Resort offers 130 full-hookup RV sites and four cottages across 39 rolling acres in Texas, with 30 and 50-amp service and rigs accepted to 45 feet. Nature/pond view, tree line, and Ultra pull-through categories join a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and on-site dining at a property that opened in 2022. One hundred thirty sites span back-in, tree line back-in, nature/pond view back-in, pull-through, and Ultra pull-through categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp with site WiFi, sized to 45 feet, with picnic tables. Naming categories by outlook rather than tier makes choosing straightforward — you know whether you are facing the pond, the tree line, or open ground. Four cottages round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, propane fills, restrooms, personal mailboxes, and a business center handle the practical side. An outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna anchor the property, with a fitness center, on-site dining, community fire pit, walking trails, pond fishing, dog park, pickleball, and corn hole filling the grounds. The dark rural sky makes for good stargazing. Pets are welcome. The 39 acres carry 300-year-old oaks, meandering creek corridors, and elevated views across Washington County — the hilltop perch is the reason the property was built where it was. Blue Bell Creameries, the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library at Texas A&M, Round Top, and area wineries are all close. Spring wildflower season drives the sharpest demand — reserve well ahead.

The facilities were very clean, plenty of space, laundry room had plenty of washers and dryers. The rv sites were cement, connections were easy to use and close together. My pad was slightly tilted. The dog park was clean and well maintained.

Age Requirements - Must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. Rates and Payments Policy - Rates are subject to change without notice. - Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. - A $500 deposit is due for monthly bookings and will be applied to the first month's rent. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. Damages Policy - If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. Early Departures - We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures. RV Regulations - RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition, and RVIA certified. - Each RV is subject to management approval. - Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. No more than one RV is allowed per site. Occupancy Policy - All RV rates include two (2) adults. Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $5 per person per night. Pets Policy - Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. - Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. - Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types. Sites Policy - 1 RV per site and up to 2 vehicles included in the rate. Cabin Regulations Occupancy Policy - All rates include four (4) adults. - Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $5 per person per night. Pets Policy - Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly cottages and will include a non-refundable $50 pet fee. - Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types. Guest will be responsible for any costs for damages or additional cleaning. RULES & REGULATIONS - Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet outlining all of the resort policies. - Please be familiar with these once here and reach out to our team with any questions. THE FINE PRINT - By placing a reservation, you agree to read and abide by all resort policies as they are presented herein and upon arrival to the resort. - There is a $5.00 non-refundable online booking fee per reservation.

Cancellation Policy

CAMPGROUND CANCELLATION POLICY If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite fees and a $50 park cancellation fee). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
