Welcome to Florida! Our park is within driving distance of several great beaches, a certain celebrity mouse and loads of attractions Sumter Oaks has everything you would expect in a full-hook-up RV park. We have a large activity center and clubhouse with frequent social activities and much more. We also have special services not found at other RV parks like our SmartWeigh program that will allow you to get accurate accurate weight of your RV.

The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to persons of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. GOOD CONDUCT POLICY Park guests must follow all park rules and directions given by park staff. They must conduct themselves in a manner that is not offensive or a nuisance to other park guests. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable. Campground Specific Policies: Refunds are only allowed if cancelation is made 24 hours prior to 12:00 noon of the check-in day or if the campground is closed by authority’s action. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit your entire deposit. ESCAPEES RV PARKS, INC. RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICIES RESERVATION POLICY: Reservations can be made up to one year in advance, but only 50 percent of the park sites can be reserved this far out. Anytime within 60 days of reservation date, there will likely be no limit as to how much of the park can be reserved. Anything more than a successive 8-week stay will fall under the Long Term Stay Policy. General reservations may be extended if a site is available at the time of the request.
