Registration and Arrival Check-in Procedure - Check-in: after 12:30 PM. - Check-Out: 11 AM is the check-out time. - Notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to stay longer. - State law requires that all tenants and overnight guests be registered at the office upon arrival. - There is a charge for overnight guests (See Rates). - The person registering is responsible for his own conduct and that of each guest. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Alcohol and Drinks - To respect our other guests we ask that there is no drinking at the pool or in public areas. - Additionally, there are no open containers around the park, and drinks should be kept discrete within your site. - No glass. Campsite Rules - There is a limit of six persons per campsite. - Any exception must be made with the management in advance. Vehicle Policy - Each site is limited to one (1) motor vehicle and camping unit per campsite unless prior arrangement has been made with the management. - Contact the office for vehicle washing guidelines and fees. Speed Limit - 10 mph is the posted speed limit. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - All pets must be leashed and under the owner’s control at all times. - Tenants are required to clean up after their pets and are responsible for their conduct at all times. - No aggressive breeds. Cleanliness - Tenants are responsible for keeping their site clean and neat. - Please pick up and dispose of all trash. - A dumpster is provided for your convenience. Safety Policy - No clotheslines/wires permitted. Quiet Hours - In consideration of others, we ask that you refrain from any unnecessary noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. - No windchimes allowed. Laundry Room - Open 7 AM to 10 PM unless prior arrangement has been made with management. - Please keep the laundry room and machines clean. Pool Policy - Hours are posted. - No lifeguard is on duty. - Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while in the water or the pool area. - NO DIVING ALLOWED. Storage - We can provide off-site storage, please see the office for details. Damages - If there is damage to your site, your credit card on file will be charged. Clubhouse - Check with the office for hours. Accepted Card - We accept VISA, M/C Discover, and American Express. Rates - Rates are subject to change without notice. - No Refunds. Camp Rules and Regulations - Those violating camp rules or regulations are subject to immediate ejection from the premises. - Please do not hesitate to ask if we can help in any way.

All reservations are non-refundable. Gift certificates will be issued for cancellations. You may cancel or change your reservation by 1:00 pm EST on the day of arrival. A gift certificate equal to the amount of your deposit, less applicable taxes, and fees will be issued. (See exclusions below) Gift certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of issue and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations for reservations made with a gift certificate will result in the forfeiture of all funds. - No shows will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation fee. - Reservations made within 24 hours of check-in do not qualify for a gift certificate if cancelled. - Reservations made with gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Cancellations for reservations made with a gift certificate will result in the forfeiture of all funds.
