Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-In is 11 am - 5 pm.
- Check-Out: 10 am.
- Attendants are on duty between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm.
- Standard check-in is from 11 am to 5 pm.
- Early check-in is allowed, subject to site availability.
- We are happy to accommodate late check-ins, but please do inform us in advance if you will be arriving later than 5 pm so that we can be sure to be there to accommodate you.
- Full payment is due at check-in.
- Monthly will be due every 30 days.
- Please dispose of any bags of trash in the large dumpster by the main road exit daily to avoid issues prior to leaving the Campground.
- All sites must be kept tidy, and nothing should be left behind.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
General Policy
- Skull Shoals Park & Campground reserves the right to terminate any reservation and evict any guest, without refund, for any of the following reasons: violation of campground rules, destruction or defacement of property, causing a disturbance, or failure to make payment.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
- Any vehicle or recreational vehicle occupying a campsite without proper authorization, or ordered to vacate by campground management, must do so immediately upon notification.
- If a vehicle or RV must be removed by towing, all costs associated with removal will be the sole responsibility of the vehicle or RV owner.
- The campground shall not be held liable for any damage incurred as a result of such removal.
- Skull Shoals Park & Campground assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or incident involving RVs, vehicles, personal property, or guests at any time during their stay.
Length of Stay Restrictions
- Tents are for temporary use only, limited to seven days.
- We welcome long-term RV stays. Special pricing for 3+ month stays.
Occupancy
- Each site includes up to 6 people. 8 people MAX.
- There is a $5 fee for every person over six, regardless of age. Fees will occur every month.
- A maximum of two vehicles is allowed per site.
- There is a $15 fee for every extra car that will be parked in the parking lot.
- Fees will occur every month.
- Cars must be parked in your site or designated areas only.
- Do not block the road or park in an empty RV site.
- No campsite may be left unattended unless paid in advance.
- Skull Shoals Park & Campground is not responsible for theft or damage to personal items.
- Golf carts are allowed.
- Other recreational vehicles are prohibited, such as, but not limited to, ATVs and dirt bikes.
Pet Policy
- Pets must be under control and on a leash, not to exceed 6 feet in length, at all times.
- Pets cannot be left tied or unattended.
- No more than 2 pets are allowed at each site.
- There is a $5 fee for every pet.
- Fees will occur every month.
- Pets must have current vaccines.
- For the protection of, and in consideration of other persons, noisy, aggressive, vicious, unruly pets are not allowed at the campground.
- Persons who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the campground, or the animal may be taken to/by local animal control authorities.
- The owner of any pet is responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet.
- In addition, the owner of any pet that causes injury or damage to another is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.
- Skull Shoals is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by pets.
- Guests are responsible for their pets and should “clean up” after them.
Personal Conduct
- Panhandling and soliciting are prohibited.
- Quiet Time: 10 PM-6 AM
- Parents are responsible for the behavior and actions of their children at all times.
- Fireworks or amplified music are not allowed at any time.
- Rough, rowdy, or disorderly conduct at any time shall be cause for immediate expulsion from the campground.
- Customers are responsible for any injury to persons caused by the guest or his or her family, visitor
- Failing to follow the directions of the property staff, threatening or abusive behavior, or any other conduct that is not the type of behavior that is expected at a family campground are grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property.
Campground Facilities and Utilities Care
- No person shall damage or deface Skull Shoals Park & Campground property.
- Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction of property.
- We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or campground.
- Including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and excessive debris.
- No person shall disturb in any way the natural terrain, plants, or animals in the park.
- Campsites should be clean and neat, free of fire hazards and clutter.
- Do not install permanent structures in the park.
Wastewater and Waste Disposal
- Trash must be deposited in the dumpster at the exit of the campground.
- Do not discharge sewage or gray water on the ground or in the creek.
- Do not wash vehicles or RVs in the park.
Fires
- Fires are permitted only in fire rings, cannot be unattended, and must be properly extinguished.

- 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in.
- 50% refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable.
- Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
- The platform and processing fees are non-refundable.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
