Woods, Meet Lake On the shores of beautiful Cedar Creek Lake in Henderson County, Texas, Shiloh on the Lake is your home away from home for cozy lodging, camping, events, water sports, and nature watching. Located just 1 hour southeast of the D/FW metroplex and 15 minutes from Athens, we are on the western edge of the Piney Woods. From wakeboarder to fisherman, from hiker to front-porch bird watcher, you find your perfect spot on our spacious and wooded 48 acres and nearly 2000 feet of shoreline. Beautiful cabins with full kitchens, porches, picnic tables, and grills are the perfect spot for your getaway. Kids love the adventure our lofted cabins offer. Choose from cabins which sleep from 4 up to 10 people. Amenities include cooking appliances & dishes, heating & cooling, satellite TV, pillows & bedding, and so much more. Cabin stays are great for weekend retreats with the girls, fishing getaways, and family get-togethers! Choose from a number of great sites to set up your RV. Each site has a picnic table, a fire pit, and most have full hookups. Many sites are pull-through. Some are back in or back out. Site length ranges from 25 to 45 feet. Rallies, family reunions, retreats, and other group gatherings are always welcome. Ask extended-stay availability. Numerous tent sites are scattered throughout the wooded acreage. The 4 screened shelters are situated on a gently sloping hill overlooking the water. Shelters include drinking water and electricity both inside and out. We have plenty of space for you to kick back and relax!

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT REQUIRED -1.1. CHECK IN: Cabins & Camping Rentals 3 PM CHECK OUT: Cabins & Mayor’s Manor 11 AM CHECK OUT: Shelters & Campsites 2 PM -1.2. EARLY CHECK IN, LATE CHECK OUT -1.2.1. We cannot grant early check in or late check out in advance. It be based on availability of the site/cabin on the SAME DAY as the scheduled check in/out. -1.2.2. All early and late fees must be pre-paid. Always contact the front . Do not assume it’s ok to arrive early stay late. -1.2.3. You must contact the on the same day for which you are requesting early check in or late check out. -1.2.4. CABINS & SHELTERS -1.2.4.1. Early Check In (noon to 3 PM): requires $25 payment -1.2.4.2. Late Check Out ( beyond 11 AM) requires a $25 payment -1.2.5. RVS & TENT SITES -1.2.5.1. Check in prior to noon requires an additional night payment -1.2.5.2. Check in between noon and 3 PM allowed ONLY if site is vacant -1.2.5.3. There be NO late RV check out -1.2.5.4. If you have not vacated by 2 PM, payment for an additional night is required -2. PARKING, EXTRA GUESTS, VISITORS & OVERFLOW -2.1. PARKING -2.1.1. NO DRIVING or PARKING AT THE WATERFRONT. There are drop-off/pick-up areas near the waterfront. Drop off guests and equipment, then return your vehicle to your assigned site. -2.1.2. CABIN PARKING: Two (2) vehicles are allowed to park at the cabin. All additional vehicles and guests be charged a fee and MUST PARK IN OVERFLOW PARKING. Overnight guests who are not paid for at check-in must also pay an additional fee to stay in the cabin. -2.1.3. RV SITE PARKING: TWO (2) vehicles, in addition to the RV, may park at the RV site. All additional vehicles and guests be charged a fee and MUST PARK IN OVERFLOW PARKING. -2.1.4. SHELTERS & TENT SITES: One (1) vehicle is allowed to park at the site, and all additional vehicles and guests be charged a fee and MUST PARK IN OVERFLOW PARKING. -2.1.5. VEHICLE TAGS: Every vehicle on the property must have a vehicle tag. This tag must be visible as you enter the park and throughout the duration of your stay on the property. Unauthorized vehicles (i.e., no parking pass or parked in a location other than designated) are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. -2.1.6. OVERFLOW PARKING: Ample space for visitors is available in various locations on the property. -2.2. EXTRA GUESTS & VISITORS -2.2.1. EXTRA GUESTS: Cabin rates are set for up to two guests. Additional overnight guests and vehicles must be declared at booking and check in as additional payment are required. -2.2.2. EXTRA GUESTS: Registered guests be allowed ONE additional vehicle with a max of 4 guests to visit each day. Fees are based on the number of visitors and vehicles present. Call for a complete list of fees. If the guest wants additional visitors, then additional sites or a meeting facility must be rented. -2.2.3. VISITOR VEHICLES must display a visitor tag (See Section 2.1.5). All visitors must stop at the front to obtain a vehicle tag pre-purchased by the registered guest. -3. PET POLICY – NO EXCEPTIONS -3.1. ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH WHEN OUTSIDE except within the Dog Park -3.2. NO AGGRESSIVE ANIMALS, regardless of breed -3.3. NO PETS IN SWIM AREA including water and lawn by swim area -3.4. NO PETS IN BATHROOMS -3.5. Pick up after your pet, dispose of it in the dumpster. -3.6. There is a fee for pets in cabins -3.6.1. Maximum number of pets cabin is 2. -4. SMOKING, TRASH & QUIET TIME -4.1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cabins. A $50 fee be charged for smoking in any cabin. Smoking is also not allowed in the bathrooms, , laundry room. Please extinguish all smoking materials and dispose of them properly. Do not leave them on the ground water. -4.2. Please keep our property clean. Control your trash and utilize the dumpsters located near the park entrance. Do not allow it to accumulate near your site cabin to deter pets and wildlife from scattering it through the property eating toxic materials. -4.3. Quiet Time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. RADIOS and other music is turned off at 10 PM. There be no excessive noise anytime, including voices, music, vehicles, animals. -5. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS -5.1. IF a reservation spans a Friday Saturday night, and the minimum duration is two (2) nights. See Section 5.4 for holiday weekend exceptions. -5.2. CABIN RENTALS require a two (2) night stay May thru August. See Section 5.4 for holiday weekend exceptions. -5.3. Mayor’s Manor is always a two (2) night minimum. See Section 5.4 for holiday weekend exceptions. -5.4. Holiday weekend exceptions: (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) reservations must be a minimum of three (3) nights in duration. -1. HOLIDAY WEEKEND EXCEPTIONS: (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) Holiday reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a refund of the deposit. No-shows be charged for the entire stay originally reserved. -7. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY -7.1. This property is privately owned. The guest accepts all privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby TACET, LLC, dba Shiloh on the Lake, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of the park facilities, and agrees to indemnify TACET, LLC, its officers, and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered person arising out of the use of the resort facilities. Camping and exploring the outdoors and lake inherently include risks including but not limited to uneven terrain both in and out of the lake, water hazards, naturally occurring wildlife, and other dangers. Guest hereby acknowledges and accepts such risks for himself/herself and those accompanying him/her. -7.2. Guests staying at Shiloh on the Lake take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay. Shiloh on the Lake takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles and suggests that Guests securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied. No refunds be issued. If you should need assistance in the park have any problems with your site cabin, please call 903.489.0639 and leave a voicemail if the phone is not answered. Be sure to identify yourself, your location and leave a call back number. Calls are monitored 24 hours a day. -If you have a police, fire, or medical emergency, call 911. Cancellation Policy

Refunds are given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable. CANCELLATION POLICY -6.1.
